Our gas central heating boiler developed a fault. Within a couple of hours of reporting the problem an engineer arrived and having diagnosed the cause of the problem gave us the option of a repair or boiler replacement. Because our boiler was ancient we opted for a new boiler and the following day the boiler of our choice was fitted. There are good and bad trades people but only the exceptional ones can be described as excellent and this trader is firmly in the excellent category.

Annual boiler service, always very friendly and helpful, would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used J.W Wishart (plumbers) for over 30 years. Some minor hiccups, always sorted out promptly. All the staff I've dealt with are very polite.

We found the water in our bathroom sink was taking a while to drain, after trying the usual household names nothing worked. After contacting Wishart the guys came out the same day as they were on holiday for the Easter break day after. They saw the problem straight away and cleared the blockage in the pipe. All good now and have used them many a time as a family.

Had a boiler replaced with a new one. We were told they could potentially fix the old one, but because of its age recommended we get a new one. Not pushy in the least. We were offered a Baxi and offered different options for guarantee lengths, we went for the 10 year. The engineers Jack and Chad were excellent, friendly, polite and careful. They were very professional and made sure that everything worked well and that they had removed all rubbish when they left. They even had to install a separate fuse box and the more experienced of the two walked the other one through it to explain what he was doing and why... good to see colleagues training and helping each other. The boss came by as well to check everything was ok. Professional from start to finish and we were put on the list to get it serviced each year. So nice to have a boiler installed proerly as I don't think our old one was, we now have hot water when we need it, will use this company again for other plumbing.

Cannot praise highly enough. My elderly mums heating broke down and as she is ill and needs the heat we were desperate to get it fixed. The boys came out first thing in the morning after we called and explained everything they were going to do. It was repaired before lunchtime. Definitely a firm you can trust.The workers were friendly ,efficient and tidy. In my opinion the service is more important than the cost but the price was also good . Thank you so much for excellent service. Would not hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Firm's director was very helpfuk in arranging for work to be carried out after failure of heating system.
New combi boiler and replacement warm air unit fitted. Tradesmen worked efficiently and quietly and kept us informed at all stages of the job. They left no mess and removed all waste at the end of the job.

A new heating boiler was fitted. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. Very happy with all aspects of the job.

Flood underneath house. I knew from first call to Linzi she was going to help us. they came out that afternoon and Connor sorted first leak which was the worst one then came back on the Monday and done second one, all done and sorted.

Connor is a credit to their Company, polite, nothing too much trouble and got on with the job.

Definitely recommend.

I contacted Wishart when our boiler broke down. They responded and sent a plumber out the same day, carried out an investigation and provided a full report. We opted for a new boiler and it was supplied and fitted in 2 days. The plumber gave a comprehensive instruction on the boiler and on completion tidied up completely.

Excellent work on installing a shower, mending a tap and installing a mixer tap. The plumber was friendly, helpful and efficient. The office was also helpful and friendly in dealing with enquiries prior to the job.

Excellent workmanship and polite. Timekeeping perfect. Completed job to my satisfaction (perfect). Would recommend this form to anyone. They did an excellent job 100%.
