Knowledgeable friendly staff and always good at communicating on what work has been carried out and if any issues need resolved.

I needed a new shower fitted (as old one had broken down). They responded really quickly and sent someone (Connor) the following day. He was friendly, helpful and did the job in under an hour. He took away the old shower and cleaned up the shower cubicle and explained how to operate new shower. Said to contact company if any problems or issues. Very pleased with the good job he did. Cost was less than I expected. Will use them again for any other work needed.

Same day repair for a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink - called in the morning, repair completed by 4pm. Brilliant customer service, repairs done quickly and full clean down afterwards. Cannot recommend them enough. The plumber was super polite and friendly. Will 100% use these guys again.

I had a replacement boiler fitted. John, who fitted it was pleasant, tidy and answered all the questions I had, knowledgeably. He was able to spot a previous fitting error with the programmer and corrected it.
Overall I was extremely happy with the service.

Boiler service

We have used J.W.Wishart for servicing our Baxi combi boiler for the past 10 years and we have always received very good services. This year, the engineer was CHAD. He was extremely pleasant and super efficient. He also provided valuable advice and information. We are more than satisfied with this company.

Annual boiler service - needed rubber tube which was supplied during service at very reasonable price. Engineers are always lovely and friendly and efficient.

I had a new combi boiler fitted within 24 hours of my old boiler ( 12 yr old ) breaking down and leaking.The plumber fitted new boiler and explained information in the booklet that came with boiler.I highly recommended Wishart's from experienced staff to value for money.

Chad called on the date arranged and renewed faulty valve in cold water tank with no hassle and advised on another job

On the coldest days of October my boiler packed in. I called Wishart plumbers and they sent someone out the same day. Unfortunately my boiler needed to be replaced but Scott and his guys managed to get a replacement and fit it the following week. I will definitely use them again
