Repairs and refurbishment of our shower room were carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Workmen were reliable, diligent and friendly.

I had a replacement boiler fitted. John, who fitted it was pleasant, tidy and answered all the questions I had, knowledgeably. He was able to spot a previous fitting error with the programmer and corrected it.
Overall I was extremely happy with the service.

We have used JW Wisharts over 10 years now. On this occasion it was for annual boiler service. We would highly recommend them for all aspects of plumbing and heating.

Same day repair for a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink - called in the morning, repair completed by 4pm. Brilliant customer service, repairs done quickly and full clean down afterwards. Cannot recommend them enough. The plumber was super polite and friendly. Will 100% use these guys again.

I needed a new shower fitted (as old one had broken down). They responded really quickly and sent someone (Connor) the following day. He was friendly, helpful and did the job in under an hour. He took away the old shower and cleaned up the shower cubicle and explained how to operate new shower. Said to contact company if any problems or issues. Very pleased with the good job he did. Cost was less than I expected. Will use them again for any other work needed.

Annual maintenance of gas boiler. Wisharts have been our plumber for all our plumbing needs for over 35 years and have never let us down. They are always quick to respond if we have had any emergencies and have helped us with maintenance and repairs to heating and other plumbing work in the different homes we have lived in over the years. Perhaps a wee bit more expensive than some other plumbers but what price reliability?

I needed to have a 30+ year old gas boiler replaced with a modern unit but the task was complicated because of uncertainty regarding adequacy of gas pressure and access to essential areas of the pipework etc.
Mr Wishart provided good advice as to how best to accomplish the desired aims and he patiently answered my many queries about the work always giving full information and, where possible, alternatives. The work was carried out to the planned timetable and within the agreed budget by a proferssional and cheerful team who did an excellent job and fully cleared up afterwards.
Overall I'm delighted with the whole experience...a job well done and much asppreciated

We have used JW Wishart for over half a century , an outstanding company and top of the range professionals.

Scott arrived to give advice and a quote for replacing a full bathroom suite. He hand delivered the quote the following morning and the detail within the quote allowed us to view the items online, which was very useful and gave us an insight into how the completed job would look. On the agreed day for the work to start, 2 operatives arrived and laid down plastic sheeting to protect our carpets. The men were very professional, courteous, and explained everything they were doing. Scott visited twice to check on progress and advise on any issues that arose. The guys worked diligently and are a credit to a very professional company. Upon completion the waste was removed and the area cleaned up. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them in the future should the need arise.

Process from quotation to work done was excellent. Work carried out by pleasant tradesman. Tradesman were very tidy, little to no mess.
Took time to explain system controls and the app on phone.
Communication with office staff again was excellent.

Our gas central heating boiler developed a fault. Within a couple of hours of reporting the problem an engineer arrived and having diagnosed the cause of the problem gave us the option of a repair or boiler replacement. Because our boiler was ancient we opted for a new boiler and the following day the boiler of our choice was fitted. There are good and bad trades people but only the exceptional ones can be described as excellent and this trader is firmly in the excellent category.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Wishart’s have been looking after my relatives heating for years. They have always been reliable, helpful and affordable. Just last week we had an emergency and within a few hours Scott visited and we had a solution. Within a few days a new boiler was fitted. The team were simply excellent, and although the job was far from easy, they kept a sense of humour but were professional. Lindsey in the office was extremely helpful as ever. Firm's director was very helpfuk in arranging for work to be carried out after failure of heating system.
New combi boiler and replacement warm air unit fitted. Tradesmen worked efficiently and quietly and kept us informed at all stages of the job. They left no mess and removed all waste at the end of the job.
