This is the 3rd combi boiler purchased from them. Have annual check up, but if it has anything wrong then if it can't be sorted out over the phone, they will visit ASAP. Usually same day or the following one.

Excellent work on installing a shower, mending a tap and installing a mixer tap. The plumber was friendly, helpful and efficient. The office was also helpful and friendly in dealing with enquiries prior to the job.

The plumbers were very competent and helpful, a grand crew. I've used them before and will again. I'd recommend them to anyone - even the receptionist I speak to is very helpful and kind and caring.

Baxi Boiler installed. Completed very efficiently. Also identified several historical problems and remedied these. Polite tradesmen who left area very clean and tidy. Took the time to show us clearly how all the controls worked.

WC repair and basin taps, clicker waste and bottle trap replaced.
