I had Ian Cullen Pluming and Heating come round to install a new shower and fittings. When Ian arrived to discuss with us what we were looking for and once I explained to Ian that I needed a shower tray close to the floor to accommodate my daughter disability, Ian with all his experience knew exactly what we needed. My Family and I agreed for Ian to do the work and we where not disappointed . First class install that met my daughters requirements. Ian was very professional at all times while he was working in my home. I would definitely use Ian again and highly recommended him to anyone.

Once again Ian serviced our boiler. As previously, he turned up on day/time agreed. The cost was reasonable. Ian is pleasant and we feel we can trust him. Would certainly recommend him to others and use him again.

Removal of old ensuite and installation of new ensuite.

Absolutely fantastic service and high quality finish

My boiler needed an annual service recently, and after checking FTT I contacted Ian. He came round the day after I rang, serviced the boiler with no problems and charged a really reasonable fee.

Based on that experience I needed to find a plumber today after discovering that my hot water wasn't working. After first saying that he could probably call in on his way home tonight Ian actually came round later this morning and visited twice. The first time he told me that the zone valve needed replacing; and he returned again an hour or two later to fit the new item. Again at a very reasonable cost.

Not only does Ian turn up when (or before) he says he will and does a good job; but he's also very friendly and and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I have used Ian many times for all my plumbing and heating needs, both large jobs like replacing my boiler to more minor stuff like fixing my shower or bath. Every time he has delivered the goods for a very fair price. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, value for money, trusted and most importantly easy to do business with tradesman. I have booked other plumbers in the past and they either fail to show or try and screw you on price. Ian has never done this and that is why I am more than happy to recommend him and have done so many times.

Ian did a fantastic job for us. Boiler went in the middle of Jan. Ian was quick to respond, gave great advice a very competitive quote and then was round within the week for an install that caused minimum disruption to a house full of home schoolers and home workers. The Ideal boiler installed (and Hive controller) has made such a difference in the house. Top job all round!
