We asked GSM to remove our broken solar PV inverter and replace it. The office staff were very helpful with ensuring the right information was collated to get an accurate quote. The work was scheduled quite swiftly, given the company’s workload. The team that carried out the work were very competent, polite and efficient. They did a good job and explained what they had done. Overall, a good experience.

I would thoroughly recommend GSM for solar panels. From start to finish they were professional and very helpful. They managed to overcome several problems-power cuts, unstable wi-fi and finally GivEnergy's site going offline- and still got the job done. Extremely pleased with the end result.

The outstanding GSM definitely have a new customer after their swift attention to my irritating smoke alarm problem yesterday.The loud shrill intermittent bleep of my smoke alarms had irritated my block for eight long days.My property agency had recommended GSM.As soon as Marie on Reception was aware of my plight, she despatched electrician Malcolm and enthusiastic apprentice Stephen.In one hour they had replaced a dud smoke alarm and replaced long expired Duracell batteries in the other two.They could have been patronising to a floundering elderly man but were so concerned, kind, courteous, professional, expert, informative, and sympathetic.It was not even Christmas and I craved a Silent Night!.I was not fully aware these interconnected new smoke alarms are actually a tenant’s responsibility yet we are not highly skilled electricians.

Got quick response and pricing for the work required. Once agreed work was completed within days and time taken to ensure lights and switches were to my satisfaction. Very thorough in clearing up and old lights taken away for disposal. Price seemed good value as was the benefit of having a local trader's reassurance.
