Was easily able to get the dates I wished the work to be done. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everything went really. Smoothly and took the anxiety and stress away from me.

We were impressed with everything from initial consultation and good advice through to installation and quality of product. We had five upstairs windows replaced by this company, the team arrived on time and got started with job, the guys covered all the carpets and flooring with dust sheets.the guys were so professional you struggled to they were there,a full demo on the operation of the windows was give on completion of the installation, they guys tidied up on completion of the work, a mention to staff who came out to do the measurements prior to the work being carried out ,we would definitely recommend the business to any one thinking off window and or door replacement we definitely recommend this business 5 star.

I truly can’t fault this company. From the initial enquiry to the installation day, my experience with this company was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was brilliant, and their collective dedication shone through.

Iain came to the house and took measurements and discussed various options without any hard sell. His pleasant and easy-going nature made the process very comfortable. The price quoted was transparent, with no hidden extras, and matched exactly what I paid upon completion. Following Iain’s visit, Ross and Scott arrived to fit the windows and doors. They did an outstanding job, installing the windows on the first day and the doors on the second. Their attention to detail was remarkable; they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and worked both swiftly and efficiently. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and the overall experience.

I've had my windows and doors for about a month now, and I wanted to wait before submitting a review to ensure my feedback was accurate. I can confidently say that I am absolutely delighted with the results. My home is now draught free with windows I can open without using a stool!

Having had patio doors and a new kitchen window installed a few months ago by Fife Windows and Doors Ltd when it came to replacing our front door it was a no brainer for us to choose the same installers. From visiting the showroom to choose our new door and hardware to installation again another superb job done, fast and trouble free and definitely value for money. Installer arrived on time and set about removing our old door and frame. New frame and door fitted within a few hours. Installer was considerate of our home and garden and tidied up and removed debris when finished. Thoroughly recommend Fife Windows and Doors Ltd without hesitation. Customer service is second to none.

From our visit to the showroom, surveying and installation a very helpful and friendly service. Installer very tidy and excellent finish. Excellent quality as usual for a firm we have used previously.

From ordering the windows to them being fitted it was straight forward and supportive. Ross and Craig who installed the windows and door did so efficiently and ensured there was no mess left behind. We had new windows and a rear door fitted by Fife Windows & Doors back in June 2025.
Our experience from our initial drop-in visit to their Glenrothes showroom, all the way through to the final fitting of the windows & door was really good. Our original plan was to get a couple of quotes for the work we needed, but Fife Windows were really quick to visit our home and provide an initial survey, advice and price, that we decided just to go with them.... and I'm glad we did. The price they quoted seemed good value and there was no hard sell from the team, who were all very professional.
When our new windows & door were ready to be fitted, the work was carried out by Scott & Gary and was completed within 3 days. The guys were punctual, professional and fully cleaned up after each day. The quality of workmanship and finish from Scott & Gary is excellent (we chose full mahogany wood & sills as we have an old house), and the improvement & difference from our old windows has been truly superb. Definitely recommend to others and will use again.
