We have full public liability insurance allowing their qualified tradesmen to cover all aspects of domestic and commercial building works be it at your home or on business premises. Our workmanship is of a high standard, and only use the highest quality products to complete all work to an exceptional standard.

We offer the full range of electrical cover. From replacing a faulty socket in your kitchen to full new electrical installation
Re wires, indoor and outdoor lighting, full fuseboard/consumer units replaced or upgraded.
Plumbing
gas works , full replacement boilers, boiler repairs and servicing. All work carried out by our selected gas engineer.
Bathroom installations from design to completion.
We have a supply and fit service or if you have your own material we offer an installation service.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Bain and Sons joinery. When I called, Allan arrived the same day to price the job and was able to fit me in without a problem. That kind of reliability will ensure I will most certainly be using Bain and Son Joinery for any other work I need done.

Allan and his team installed our new kitchen.
Allan gave ideas in the planning of our kitchen and carried out all work required from start to finish.
Everything was done in a very efficient and tidy manner. Delighted with the standard of workman ship and wouldn't hesitate to use Allan Bain and Sons again.

We have had a new kitchen installed and Allan Bain was our fitter. We found him to be very pleasant and really helpful as we had a few issues which he dealt with in no time. The men were very good in the fitting, work they did was great and not much disruption at all. Was kept informed as to how it was progressing and what would be done each day. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.

Allan came out to refit and seal our toilet as was leaking. Very prompt response with a quote for the job, gave details of what would be involved cost wise etc. Very professional and friendly, wore a mask due to covid restrictions. Tidied up after job completed. Very happy, have recommended to a few people already and will definitely use again!

We had a heated towel rail fitted in our shower room and sockets fitted in one of our bedrooms. We also had plastering work done in the same bedroom which entailed covering existing Artex. All work was carried out quickly and on the days promised. Both tradesmen were friendly and obliging. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any one thinking of having work carried out.

WE had work done on our front door and door frame as the door was sticking.Rather than replace the Victorian door we took the advice of Mr Bain and had the required work done.We are delighted with the standard of the work done ,his whole attitude and friendly service given to us.The cost of this job was certainly good value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to use this company for any larger job we are planning in the future.It is great to have confidence that we have found an excellent ,honest tradesman .

Allan Is a very skilled joiner a perfectionist very tidy workers when they left the kitchen was clean and tidy.
The work carried out was removed all worktops (4) remove sink, remove hob, supply and fit new worktops, fit new sink and tap, fit new hob. Allan arranged connection of hob, and sink by Qualified plumber. All removed materials were also disposed of all in all a first class job from start to finish.

Bain and Sons Joinery Ltd have now fully renovated our house. We bought a run down tired house last year, Allan and his team installed our new kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom suite. They also conducted all other renovation works throughout the house, internal doors, radiators, tiling, flooring, plastering & painting.
We had Bain and Sons back this year to complete the renovation with our final project - our en-suite. This was completed to a very high standard and looks amazing. Again this was project managed by Allan and completed on time. All tradesmen that worked on this job were friendly, hardworking and treated our house with respect. I would highly recommend Bain and Sons for all trade aspects of work. Thank you for making our house a home.

Absolutely fantastic service. We needed a dishwasher fitted and Allan took out a cupboard to make space. Very fast with minimal noise and cleaned up after. Great communication prior to the job too. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
