We have full public liability insurance allowing their qualified tradesmen to cover all aspects of domestic and commercial building works be it at your home or on business premises. Our workmanship is of a high standard, and only use the highest quality products to complete all work to an exceptional standard.

We carry out full kitchen renovations from design to completion.
We supply and fit service or if you have already got your kitchen and are wanting a professional finish we offer a fitting service.
Worktop specialists in all solid surfacing worktops. Earth stone, magna, slabtec , Wood and many more. We offer fitting service for all your worktop needs.
Electrical
We offer the full range of electrical cover. From replacing a faulty socket in your kitchen to full new electrical installation
Re wires, indoor and outdoor lighting, full fuseboard/ consumer units replaced or upgraded all Carried out by our in house fully qualified SELECT engineers.
Plumbing.
gas works , full replacement boilers, boiler repairs and servicing. All work carried out by our selected gas engineer.
Bathroom installations from design to completion.
We have a supply and fit service or if you have your own material we offer an installation service.

We had a partition wall put up by Alan and his team in my garage. The job was well priced and carried out effectively with great attention to detail. I cannot recommend Bain & Sons highly enough. Excellent & professional service from start to finish.

Bain and Sons Joinery Ltd have now fully renovated our house. We bought a run down tired house last year, Allan and his team installed our new kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom suite. They also conducted all other renovation works throughout the house, internal doors, radiators, tiling, flooring, plastering & painting.
We had Bain and Sons back this year to complete the renovation with our final project - our en-suite. This was completed to a very high standard and looks amazing. Again this was project managed by Allan and completed on time. All tradesmen that worked on this job were friendly, hardworking and treated our house with respect. I would highly recommend Bain and Sons for all trade aspects of work. Thank you for making our house a home.

Absolutely fantastic service. We needed a dishwasher fitted and Allan took out a cupboard to make space. Very fast with minimal noise and cleaned up after. Great communication prior to the job too. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Repair leak in bathroom - I found Alan Bain & Sons on Fife Councils trusted trade site. Being new to maintaining our property and commissioning works I was nervous of finding someone trustworthy and was definitely not disappointed. Alan was professional right from my first call and made a quick appointment for me and kept to it. He was friendly and efficient and had the problem fixed within forty minutes start to finish at a very good price. Apart from being good at his job he is a genuinely lovely person, so much so that I asked him his advice on refitting my bathroom which he gave freely and sent me some supplier links to browse. I will definitely be asking him to do work for me in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Allan communicated well with me about what was happening and when. Wren delivered us a couple of defective parts which Allan sorted out the re delivery of and reinstallation of promptly.

Fantastic company couldn't recommend any higher. Rewired the hole of my upstairs and sorted out the wiring in the fuse box done with no fuss. Price was excellent also electrician was friendly and told us what he was doing at all times. Tidied up as he went and left the house as was before he arrived. Again couldn't recommend any high definitely 5 stars.

I am so pleased with the work carried out by this company. I have asked them to do more work. I would highly recommended them. They work to a high standard. They arrived on time everyday and finished on scheduled date. No problems and the workers were friendly and polite.
If you need a big job done like a kitchen and like me your worried as it’s a lot of money to spend, these guys are who I’d trust.
