We have full public liability insurance allowing their qualified tradesmen to cover all aspects of domestic and commercial building works be it at your home or on business premises. Our workmanship is of a high standard, and only use the highest quality products to complete all work to an exceptional standard.

Electrical
We offer the full range of electrical cover. From replacing a faulty socket in your kitchen to full new electrical installation
Re wires, indoor and outdoor lighting, full fuseboard/consumer units replaced or upgraded.
Plumbing
gas works , full replacement boilers, boiler repairs and servicing. All work carried out by our selected gas engineer.
Bathroom installations from design to completion.
We have a supply and fit service or if you have your own material we offer an installation service.

Repair of electric shower. Allan organised the electrician very promptly within an hour of calling. Graeme, who attended was very professional throughout the visit and kept us informed of his assessment and what work was needed. Overall very happy with the service provided by Allan and Graeme and would definitely use again.

Had a Wren kitchen installed by Allan's team. Everyone was lovely, polite and kept me informed of each step. The guys cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Overall job is great and couldn't be happier.

Security light supplied and fitted by Graeme. Old defunct light removed and correct wiring applied for new model.
Checked everything out and set the timer etc for the light.
Graeme did a great job and I was delighted when night came to see the difference a decent security light makes.
Will definitely use Fife Renovations again when the need arises.

Did some supplementary works in my new kitchen. I am very happy with the finished work. All the workers worked quickly and efficiently and nothing seemed to be a problem! Everything was left tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Allan was quick whilst responding to my enquiry and he managed to get me fitted in to view my job, his team came round and checked out what was needing done so he could price accordingly ,once he was able to give me an accurate quote the job was completed within 2 hours and to tye highest standard , will use again

Moved into an older property and required some work to correct and update our wiring and consumer unit. Guys were great, came out next working day to review, received quote within couple days and work carried out 2 days later. Mathew was great, explained issues he had found and what would be required. Work was carried out quickly on the day, just feel bad he had to squeeze himself into the smallest cupboard ever to do the work. Would definitely recommend this company and will use in the future.

Got some sockets replaced and added, and a slanted bathroom ceiling lowered, with downlights and a smart looking pic cladding over it. Also a new extractor fan for the bathroom. Very high quality of work produced, all workmen involved were polite and let me know timescales etc of each job. Overall very happy with the work done.

Garage conversion done by Alan and his team. MA Design & Build got the building warrant. Joiners, electrician and apprentice, painters, bricklayer/builder and plumber all 5 star workers. my wife and I are very happy with the new room and have already had very good comments from visitors. We would recommend Fife Renovations.

The electrician and apprentice, Lewis and Devon, did a fantastic job; they were professional and finished to a very high standard. They changed my consumer unit, rewired my kitchen and oven, changed location and fitted all my lights. I liked that they advised me on how things should be located from a safety point of view but also listened to how I would like to see my kitchen.
Thank you very much; it looks great and working well. I recommend you to my best friend and look forward to working together on my bathroom.

They replaced the wooden decking in my garden. They made an excellent job of it, worked fast and were friendly and explained what it would entail before hand. We are extremely pleased with the finished replacement deck, and would use them again.

I had sliding mirrored doors supplied and fitted to my built in wardrobe. I also had a tall timber gate and posts fitted in my back garden.
The work was done quickly and efficiently and with no mess left.

Allan and his colleague came at the time they had arranged. They listened to my needs and made suggestions of their own which helped get the right products for changing our door locks
Quality of the job was first class and after having such a bad experience with tenants they lifted my spirits with ensuring my property was secure and safe and gave great attention to detail that both locks worked well and also looked good as we have a Victorian property
I would recommend Allan Bain to anyone and look forward to using this company again
