Andy has been excellent, helping us get rid of rats in our loft - he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Andy was very responsive when I reached out, replying to messages quickly and came back to the property to check that everything was resolved. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Andy came out and dealt with a wasps nest for me which was becoming a bigger problem by the day - he did so as soon as he could (the first day it didn't rain) and his communication was very good. This was appreciated, as although it wasn't a big job it was very important to me that the problem was eradicated as quickly as possible.
The job was done effectively, which was a relief, but Andy had also said he would come back and re-treat the area without charge if any wasps remained after a week or so. That was reassuring to know and the price was also very reasonable.

I’ve had to use Andy’s services twice this year for issues with wasps and rats. I was very distressed with the rodent situation but he was reassuring and dealt with the issue in a prompt and professional manner, returning to check the unwelcome visitors had left the building. We have been really impressed with Fife Pest Control Services for 2 jobs they have done for us. We previously had a wasp nest which was quickly and efficiently dealt with, and we recently had a mouse infestation in our garage where they came out twice over a week to deal with it. Really pleased that they sorted it out and went above and beyond by also helping to seal the entry point they identified.

Andy got to us in 24hrs and immediately identified the noise/problem as rats in our roof space - travelling through from our neighbours loft!!
Bait laid and he briefed us on what would probably happen prior to his next visit in 7 days.
Everything happened as he described with no further noises from the roof space by the time he returned.
On his return visit he checked the initial bait had been used and laid more just to make sure.
No more scuttling rats in our roof so I’m very happy customer and would highly recommend Andy

I hope not to need his service again as it seems to have worked very well but would recommend Andy to anyone else needing to deal with a mice problem. It's a relief to have had such a quick response from him, came as arranged & followed up well too. Andy left some fresh supply incase of any remaining mice which gave me added peace of mind.

I phoned Andy when I noticed a noise coming from my loft. He confirmed I had mice and he dealt with them quickly and efficently.
Andy is the nicest guy ever and definitely knows his stuff. He is great at communicating, very punctual and respectful of the property.

Contacted Andy regarding a wasp nest , he came out the next morning.
After a few hours there was no sign of wasps , so a very happy customer.
