Extremely professional and friendly service from Andy, dealing with mice in the loft space of my house. I would definitely use again and can highly recommend.

We have been really impressed with Fife Pest Control Services for 2 jobs they have done for us. We previously had a wasp nest which was quickly and efficiently dealt with, and we recently had a mouse infestation in our garage where they came out twice over a week to deal with it. Really pleased that they sorted it out and went above and beyond by also helping to seal the entry point they identified.

Andy got to us in 24hrs and immediately identified the noise/problem as rats in our roof space - travelling through from our neighbours loft!!

Bait laid and he briefed us on what would probably happen prior to his next visit in 7 days.

Everything happened as he described with no further noises from the roof space by the time he returned.

On his return visit he checked the initial bait had been used and laid more just to make sure.

No more scuttling rats in our roof so I’m very happy customer and would highly recommend Andy

I hope not to need his service again as it seems to have worked very well but would recommend Andy to anyone else needing to deal with a mice problem. Andy was so quick to respond to our query, coming the same afternoon we contacted him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable which put me at ease immediately. The nest was dealt with equally as quickly and Andy even offered to come back free of charge if the issue was not fully resolved. I left a message on Fife Pest Control answering machine and I was contacted within an hour. I explained that I had a wasp nest in my shed & Andrew offered to remove the next day. Although I was at work Andrew offered to remove the nest and leave the invoice for me to pay later.

We had a problem with rats in the garden. Andy came out the morning after I called, assessed the situation and put bait down the same day. The problem appears largely resolved within a week and more visits have been offered if necessary. Very knowedgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Had got mice in house loft/walls. Andy investigated inside and outside for access holes. Laid poison in two or three places. Returned week later to check and clean up and as precaution left some poison in loft and filled in outside hole where mice had got in.

Despite sending the enquiry on the Saturday night when they weren't working, we received a text to confirm that they would attend on the Monday. He was on time for both visits and provided excellent communication throughout. He was able to identify the issue, potential entry routes and put down the effective bait. He visited a week later to confirm that the rats had gone and gave us great follow up info to keep on top of it going forward. I would thoroughly recommend Andy and Fife Pest Control Services.

Could not be happier with the service we received from Andy at Fife Pest Control in dealIng with a group of rats that had moved into the walls and attic of our house. On discovering a mouse in my home I called Fife Pest Control and Andy visited my house the same day. He informed me of cost up front. After checking the house the main area where the mice were was quickly identified and treatment carried out, arriving promptly for a follow up visit. Polite, professional and very reassuring. I found a very large Bee ‘Bike ‘ in the roof of my garage. The activity was such that I could barely access the garage due to the numbers swarming about. Having contacted Mr Stewart for his help he attended the next Dayto start the process of their removal returning in four days time as stated to remove the bike from its position and clearing up , checking that the bike was indeed “finished”. Mr Stewart was polite, informative, and professional in all his dealings and I would have no hesitation to contact him again, if the occasion arose, or of recommending him to anyone with a similar problem.

Andy also removes loft insulation ( not just pests) I had Fiberglass insulation in my attic which I wanted removed as I hate this stuff. I called a few insulation firms to be told we don’t remove we only put insulation in and 2 firms didn’t even call back. Then spotted Andy’s page THANK GOODNESS. I found Andy to be very professional and helpful, turned up on time put all his protection gear on and got on with the job till it was all completed and also vacuumed the attic. During the Covid Outbreak... I started hearing scratching through my walls. Being a ‘google expert!’ (as some of us tend to be these days....) and a big ‘fearty!!!!’ I knew this wasn’t something I could solve myself. I was already having sleepless nights that swarms of wasps were going to invade my home (I saw one wasp enter my home under the eaves!) or that my house would be eaten from the inside out by an infestation of rats/mice.
Then after calling ‘Fife Pest Control Services’... along came Andy to my rescue. Never a more genuine worker in their post who straight away listened to my ‘theories’ and put me at ease. As it was during ‘lockdown last also- he was fully equipped for this so I vacated the premises to let him get on with the job. He knew it was most likely not wasps but for my anxiety levels I asked him to treat the eaves. We kept in touch over the next few days and as the noise worsened he came back as laid bait for what he knew this to be. He then came back again... to check up all was in hand. He was absolutely outstanding with his professionalism, you could just tell that he cared about the customer and what the problem was. He was there until the problem was well and truly solved. I will certainly be recommending them to any other ‘unfortunate’ household who is in need of a fantastic and reliable company. Well done and thank you.

Having been totally freaked out by finding a mouse on my couch I got in touch with Andy after a sleepless night! He came round that afternoon and talked me through everything and explained how the bait would work. He gave example of more extreme reactions than mine making feel a little better!

He then kept in touch until his followup appointment the following week and then made sure the house was mouse free before leaving.

The best customer service ever! We had a rodant keeping us awake for a few nights and we just couldn't catch it. Called these guys and the came out the same day to look at the house. Andrew returned for 3 Fridays in a row before we were rodant free all for one of fee with no extra charges.He was always on the other side of an email if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company for future use.

Called this morning as we had lots of wasps over the weekend, and an old nest in a shed that seemed to have live wasps in it. Agreed a price - what I was expecting from someone who had used them. Company turned up this afternoon, advised 2 nests, and as both were dead there was no charge. Knowledgeable and honest.

Wasps were nesting in a wall cavity outside my house which I needed removed. Andy was able to do the job next day. Local, friendly and professional and got the job done - no more wasps.

We had a wasps nest under our Velux roof window flashing. Contacted Andy through Trusted Trader. Communication from Andy was better than excellent, kept us informed right up to his arrival. We were at our wits end, not knowing how to get rid of persistently aggressive pests in the garden. Fife Pest Control Services dealt with the problem in a couple of days, very helpful and very reasonably priced.

I could hear a noise in the attic above my sons bedroom and panicked. I googled Pest Control and spoke with Andy who was very knowledgable and talked me through the different possibilities it could be causing the noise. He could tell I was concerned and arranged to come to see me that day. He called and kept me fully updated as to when he would arrive. When he went into the attic he quickly identified mouse droppings which he let me see. He talked me through the process and answered all questions I had fully. The problem is now fixed.
