Came out to fix washing machine on same day. Great friendly service, explained clearly what was wrong and stayed to show it was fixed and working again.
Best of all he was wearing ppe and brought dettol cleaner to ensure all very safe.

Alan arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation with my existing appliances. He made recommendations to resolve my problems and new machines were purchased. Alan installed the new appliances with no issues and also made improvements to the plumbing, leaving it much better than before. My washing machine was stuck on a programme and I couldn’t get it to end - even following the instructions in the manual. I called late afternoon and left a message. By 5 pm I received a call saying he could come at 10 the next day and advised me of the initial charge not including parts if necessary. He arrived promptly and was able to fix the problem, blocked hose, advising me of how it had happened and took time to explain what I needed to do in future to prevent it happening again. Very courteous and mannerable. Would recommend the service without hesitation.

We had a couple of problems with our oven and thought it likely we'd need a new one. Called Dunfermline Repair Centre and Alan arrived an hour later!! Parts ordered and fitted a few days later. My baking is back on form with my 'new' oven, especially my banana loafs!! Top service and would not hesitate to recommend.

Contacted DRC regarding the installation of a new oven.
They responded timeously whilst being flexible and accommodating regarding the actual install time and day to fit in with the occupier's work schedule.
Nothing was a concern or problem for them.
