We contacted Darren to take away our (horrible) wooden bin tidy, & (terrible!) paving,( leading up to the bin tidy), in our back garden. I wasn’t absolutely sure what I wanted, but knew I needed it all taken away, & it re-paved. He spent time with us discussing options, & where the bins would go instead, so the following day, he brought round David, (who would be doing the paving), & he (David), came up with a design, & because I trust them, I was happy with whatever he suggested, & Darren came up with a great idea, for a modern screen’ for the new area for our bins, (that matched our shed), as this new screen would be butted right up to the side of the shed. They are so hard working, & tidy too, & the results are amazing, it’s so much better than I imagined it would be, so they exceeded my expectations! Very happy, & highly recommend this company.

I recently had a sun porch located at the back of the house demolished. I asked DMR contractors to carry out pointing work together with other repair work to the fabric of the house in the area where the sun porch had been located. I also asked them to supply and fit a new back door.

The work was carried out promptly and very competently. I was happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend DMR contractors.

This is the second time we have used Darren and his team. Excellent tradesmen that are there to do a great job, when they say they will and to budget. Even when I (inevitably) changed my mind a bit on the landscape of garden, Darren could not have been more accommodating. We're delighted with the result

Darren and his team have just completed a 10m x 3m extension with partial garage conversion and extensive changes to the existing ground floor of our house. They have done a brilliant job going above and beyond what we expected. The standard of building work is exceptional and Davy who does the bricklaying and landscaping managed to make the outside look fantastic even doing work which was not originally expected. He is a real perfectionist.
Darren and the team arrived punctually every day, worked extremely hard continuously and then left everything neat and tidy including sweeping out the garage which has never looked so clean.
Darren has excellent communication skills and any unexpected issues were discussed and possible solutions offered quickly and in language a layman can understand. He kept us informed of what was happening and his organisational skills are superb allowing our build to complete ahead of schedule.
We have no hesitation in recommending Darren and his team who are polite considerate and have a good sense of humour.

Darren and his team are true professionals and have done an amazing transformation to our dated bungalow. Gone is a very dated 70s kitchen - we now have a WOW new kithen fitted and new French doors/lovely patio. In addition we had Velux windows fitted upstairs and Darren dealt with the issues in our dormer in a really professional and kind way. I'll admit that I added in quite a few new asks as the build progressed and Darren was so patient and accomodating, as were his core team of the 2 Davies ( big and little). I could not recommend this company enough and we're saving up to get them back and do more things in our garden as the Indian Sandstone patio/pathway they fitted are also amazing.

Identified problem really quickly -
recently badly fitted flashing over conservatory by local roofer.
Detailed and estimated the work to be carried out. Gave time schedule for the work to be completed. Sent 6 photographs of different stages - stripping off present flashing, sealing, new flashing, finished work.
Great service. Very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend this builder.

I can highly recommend DMR Contracts. Darren and his team has just completed an extension at my Mum's house which she is delighted with! Darren was professional and friendly from the beginning and took the time to explain everything to Mum so she knew what to expect. He dealt with any problems (not that there were many but you'll always get something!) that arose quickly and kept us informed. The project was completed quickly and to a high standard. We got Darren and his team to rebuild the wall in our front garden. They were able to source material so it matched an existing wall at the back of the property and did a fantastic job.

Darren arrived on time when doing quote - and prompt reply for quote. Darren kept us fully informed at all stages of the work, and arrived on time at every stage. Extremely tidy team - cleaned up very well after every day and his team were very friendly. Very competitive pricing. First class job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Darren came out a helped my project when my joiner let me down. He left the place tidy and carried out what was agreed in time and budget. Can't complain at all and will definitely use again.

Arrived promptly for initial review of work required, quoted a reasonable price, and arrived next morning, promptly again, to carry out work with removal of materials.

DMR Contracts built a 4m x 4m extension to our house to replace an old conservatory. The work included a sunroom, toilet, drainage and decking. DMR were reliable, polite, good communicators and good value for money. Their work was of excellent quality and they completed the extension on time. We are very satisfied with the work and now use the extension as our main living room.

The work done by Darren has been tremendous. He was able to advise me on the best solution for my summer roof and the fitting of the bar was spot on!
