I contacted Bob to install a replacement bathroom. He responded very quickly , provided an acceptable quote and was flexible about start date. He organised the project , was helpful and friendly and coordinated the very good input from tilers , joiner etc.
He completed the work to a high standard, on time and with minimum of fuss.
I would highly recommend Bob , Craig and the tilers and would have no hesitation in using them again

I had an problem with my boiler. The plumber showed me what the problem was and replaced the part. He also changed a valve on one of my taps. I am really happy with the work done. Great service and would definitely recommend this trader.

Bob and his team recently fitted a new ensuite and kitchen sink and I couldn't be happier. He discussed everything clearly and openly with me from the beginning, sourcing products that I had found online and providing advice throughout. The job was hard because of the age of the building and conservation regulations. They came across several problems that hadn't been anticipated but he never complained, always kept smiling and just got on with it. The work started before lockdown and he and the team worked tirelessly to finish it off as much as was possible and to make everything safe for us in the house. As soon as he was able to, he was out again to finish things off and went above and beyond.
I have used Bob for several years now and would never hesitate to contact him again. He has a good team of other tradesmen around him who he manages well in order to get his work finished in a timely and more than satisfactory manner.

I had an unsourced leak which was flooding my basement, Bob Crawford systematically worked to ascertain source and stemming of the leak. The works involved Scottish Water replacing the pipework bring mains water into my property. Bob Crawford identified the likely source of the leak, isolated it and replace mains pipe work. The exercise of discovery and fixing took several weeks given the need for mains replacement by Scottish Water -- throughout Bob kindly give the use of his submersible pump to keep my basement as dry as possible throughout. Bob and team have on separate occasions dealt with other small system leaks (unrelated) as well as replacing pumps on my central heating and fixing issues with my showers.

First class job, moved and upgraded the CH boiler from kitchen to bathroom and refurbished the bathroom. Everything carried out to our satisfaction, and a pleasure to deal with. Have used them for other smaller jobs and annual maintenance ever since.

Bob is always professional courteous and reliable. We use Bob for our annual boiler service and any plumbing jobs required big or small. He is always reliable and does an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used Bob Crawford for a boiler installation, en suite replacement and new bath installation. I would highly recommend him as he is very clean and conscientious worker and his work is of a very high standard.

Crawford Heating Systems LTD did a cracking job renovating our bathroom after the initial company booked cancelled at the last minute.

Bob managed to fit us in keeping to the original build schedule, which was gratefully appreciated as it being our only bathroom we booked accommodation away to allow the work to be done.

The job was completed in time and the transformation is astonishing. The standard of workmanship is excellent. It exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend them and I will use them later this year for my annual boiler service.

I arranged for Mr Crawford to fit a complete new bathroom for my Son and Daughter-in-Law - he gave good advise and outlined things we had not considered but were essential.
Workmanship impeccable-very clean tidy worker.
I also have Mr Crawford do gas checks on my flat and he has also come at very short notice to deal with other boiler heating issues I have had. Please note boiler was very old but saw me through to eventually getting a new one.
I would and do recommend Mr Crawford to family and friends.

Amazing work! The job was difficult and Crawford Heating did an amazing job. We were clearly informed about the risks (replacing a shower screen on 30 year old tiles) but they still managed the job with out any tiles being ripped out. Great follow up with Bob Crawford coming out and making sure all snags were completed to our standards. They are really professional with their work and especially with their aftercare. Will only be using Crawford Heating for all jobs!

I can’t rate Bob highly enough. My new bathroom has exceeded my expectations. I wanted hotel quality and boy did he deliver. The job was completed within the agreed timescales and within the budget agreed and I am one happy customer.

Have had Bob do work with us for years, both in our old house and the one we live in now. New boilers, new bathroom, maintaining boilers, kitchen work etc. Work also done in my fathers house - new wet room, toilet etc. Bob is lovely to work with and has become more like a friend now, rather than a trader!
