Cistern making a banging noise, plumber replaced inlet valve, job was completed very efficiently with no mess left, plumber was very helpful and personable. Will definitely use this company again for any plumbing or heating requirements.

Replaced heating system for a combine boiler. Happy with work, turn up when said and complete the job to a great standard. Used them for 7 years and will always do there best to help out in emergencies (old boiler failed a few times). Previously used for a bathroom install and was happy with the work and continue to use or plumbing work.

Bob and his team carried out the complete refurbishment of our family bathroom and an ensuite. The work included replacing and re-positioning sanitary fittings and heated towel rails, replacing dado wall boarding, ceramic floor and wall tiling and decoration.

Before work began we had formed an impression that Bob was an experienced plumbing engineer and a sound and practical tradesman. We also thought he was a person with proper values who could be trusted and would be reliable. Our impression turned out to be entirely correct. Previously unknown construction problems in the property were remedied and overcome without fuss. The standard of workmanship achieved is a credit to Bob and his team. In addition, a white wool carpet in the hall, stairs and landing has survived the experience unscathed!

From first contact and meeting with Bob I knew him and his company would produce first class work.
The quote for a full house heating installation comprising of Bosch Worcester Life 8000 boiler in loft, 8 rads including towel rail and associated pipe work was very competitive. All top class components were used throughout.

Installation of new Combi boiler and removal of old boiler etc. Contacted Crawford on Tuesday following boiler breakdown. Plumber visited same day a new boiler installed by Friday.

Had a replacement Oil Central Heating boiler supplied , fitted, commissioned at short notice. Service was excellent, price was spot on, with no hidden extras. Job carried out to the highest standard. We‘ve had work done on our underfloor and house heating. Bob has been very efficient, knowledgeable and open with high standards of professionalism. Inspires full confidence.

As well as installing our new boiler a few years ago, and regularly servicing at a reasonable price, he has fixed a leak from our pipes and most recently fixed a humming, vibration sound in our house when we ran hot water.

I emailed him around midday to advise about the issue we had. He replied advising what he thought what was the problem. Fixed the next day. Fab service. Great peace of mind to know how the problem occurred and to know that it is fixed.

Called and left a voicemail in the evening on New Year's Day as our pressure had gone down on the boiler and we had no hot water. Within minutes I had received a text asking to check we were local. Within an hour, Bob had been out, fixed the problem and shown us how to resolve this ourselves in the future as well as explained a few other features on our boiler as we had only recently moved into this house. Amazing service (especially for so late on New Year's Day). Would highly recommend to anyone.
