Wow, what can I say? Everything was superb from start to finish. I’d requested a quote for the job through check-a-trade in the afternoon, and within 2 hours Bob had emailed with initial questions and requesting some photos of the existing boiler. That was all he needed! He quoted for a couple of different sizes of boiler and once we’d decided he ordered everything up. The bonus was he was able to fit us in within a week - and it being just before Christmas, too. All our communication was via email, and Bob was really responsive - even emailing late at night. He emailed me when he was on his way and arrived at the time he said. Then he got on with the job. No fuss. It was just brilliant. We now have a shiny new boiler which has future proofed our house. He worked diligently, kept the place clean and tidy, and was very courteous and friendly. He completed the job within the time he’d estimated. All in all, we are extremely pleased with the service we received and we would highly recommend him. 5 stars!

Bob fitted a new combi boiler to replace an ageing boiler in my home.

He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, professional, answered any queries, and he did exactly what he promised to do. His quality of work is also excellent.

A new boiler is a fairly substanial outlay for most people, so finding a trustworthy fitter is important and Bob definitely ticks that box. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and I'm very happy with the work done!

Replacement boiler.
Bob arrived on time with all the parts needed for the job. Got to work straight away, clean and tidy workman, my grandchildren were in while work was being carried out and Bob made sure that the little spillage of water from the old builder was wiped up straight away so no one slipped. Excellent service and top boiler fitted that works amazingly, would highly recommend. Will definitely use this company again.

New thermostat fitted to a shower. He had to research where to get it and kept me informed how long it would be. Carried out the work quickly and I now have a perfect working shower.

Bob fitted our oil fired boiler some years ago and has serviced it annually, most recently this month. Bob also completely flushed and bled the system. All the work was carried out extremely efficiently and cleanly. A non functioning radiator required to be re-plumbed, and Bob also completed the work really neatly, and quickly.

We have used Bob Crawford for several years for both commercial and domestic work. Very reliable, professional and a really nice guy too.
He has also managed a refurb for my parents and made sure everything went smoothly despite it being a troublesome project for him.

Bob replaced seven radiators, performed a boiler service (incl. replacing the broken manual controller), and repaired a running cistern. Bob fully explained the different options to me with regard to replacements and the pricing was upfront, timely and reasonable.

The whole process was professionally carried out from start to finish. Bob spent time explaining how to use the new digital boiler controller and how best to run my system with the new radiators in place. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Every part of the process was explained. All rubbish was taken away and I was delighted with every bit of work he carried out.

I would be delighted to recommend Bob and will definitely use him for any of my plumbing/heating needs in future.
