Craig and his team fitted a kitchen for us in December 2023. From the first point of contact (messaging him to inquire about possible availability) to the final day of the job (when they removed all of the waste material from the old kitchen), they have been responsive, reliable, communicative, punctual, professional, courteous and friendly. When Craig arrived to give us an estimate, he immediately shook hands, removed his shoes and greeted our dogs, before examining the kitchen itself. He and his team (joiners, plumber and electrician) provided us with estimates promptly, allowing us to get the work started and completed ahead of schedule. Nothing ever seemed like too much hassle for Craig or any of his team, and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. They minimised the disruption that always comes with big renovations, by always turning up on time and making excellent progress day on day. We had had the same kitchen in our house for nearly forty years, so this job was a very special and meaningful one that Craig undertook with absolute respect and attention to detail. The work has been finished to an immaculate standard - we are delighted with the care and craftsmanship that has gone into the transformation. We would thoroughly recommend Craig, and the team he works with. Indeed, we have taken his recommendations where available for tiling and decorating works to complete the kitchen, and it is telling that everyone associated with Craig has been equally professional and personable. While the standard of work is exceptional, what we appreciated most of all is the calibre of the professionals who did the work. Installation of Wren-supplied shaker style units in our kitchen and utility room plus removal of small partition wall and re-positioning of doorway and framing between kitchen and utility room including hanging new glazed door. Craig gave excellent and prompt input and advice from the outset when we had queries regarding alternative worktops and the new door. He also introduced us to an electrician and plumber for the other necessary works to connect up the new appliances. Craig, Ethan and Kyle carried out the work efficiently and tidily throughout and coordinated well with the electrician and plumber. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation at all in recommending this team for providing a first class kitchen installation and joinery service.

We’ve used Craig numerous times for our joinery work and his service is always first class. He has just finished a partial kitchen refit which included some extensive remodelling of the room layout and the results are amazing. He also fitted new LVT flooring which has already been admired by friends. I cannot recommend Craig and his two colleagues, Ethan and Kyle enough, punctual, tidy and utterly professional. He also coordinates other trades including electrical and plumbing, both of whom were equally as professional.
We will be using his services in the new year for a bedroom refit and have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team.

I had 5 doors and 1 set of French doors fitted, replacement skirting fitted in 5 rooms, wood panelling removed, LVT flooring laid, an old wardrobe dismantled and wall to wall floor to ceiling wardrobe fitted. Craig cut out and installed new fitted wardrobes. Initially we were replacing doors, but his suggestion was actually much better and gave us exactly what we were hoping for. From the beginning we knew when he would start, finish and exactly what he would be doing. Both him and his apprentice did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. We're delighted with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him again for any future projects.

Craig replaced a lot of skirting boards for us. Not a big job, but quite awkward. He fitted us in really quickly and did the job really well and at a very good price (and cleared up well afterwards). Definitely will use Craig again.

Contacted Craig again as we needed internal doors replaced. Craig came out and advised us of local suppliers. Craig gave us a price and a date to do the work. Communication was very good and Craig phoned the day before to confirm appointment and arrival time.

Craig and 2 apprentices arrived on time and carried out the work required to a very high standard.

Complete Kitchen install. Excellent tradesman and would highly recommend. Arrived punctually every day, left workspace clean and tidy at the end of each day and finished the job within the agreed 5 day timescale. The job was completed to a very high standard and looks fantastic. I would most definitely use again.

I contacted Craig recently and engaged him to fit a handrail on our staircase at home.
He arrived this morning to do the work. Everything was completed to a high standard, efficiently and in a short space of time. He was friendly and discussed the job with us as it progressed. He fully involved the 2 young apprentices who accompanied him. Tidying up took place regularly during the work and in fact the only sign that he had worked in the house that morning was the excellent workmanship installed on the staircase wall.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and in using his services in the future.

Had 6 doors that weren't closing right. Contacted Craig who came out and gave me a quote the next day. Couple of days later he came and had the job done within a couple of hours. Great Job done, nice guy and done at a fair price!

I had a new kitchen installed which also involved the removal of a dividing wall.
The work was completed within 5 days which I was impressed with and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.
Everything was well organised and I was kept up to date as the work progressed.

My elderly mother in law needed a kitchen unit moved in her kitchen to fit in a new freezer.

Craig came at very short notice to provide a quote for the work, which we were very happy with. He is a very friendly and professional guy. He then fitted in the work that same week to minimise my mother in laws stress levels. We were so impressed by Craig's ability to put her at ease.

Craig turned up on time and carried out the work to very high standard. There was no mess to clean up and my mother in law was delighted as were we. I would highly recommend his work.

Called Craig to fix multiple broken floorboards on my landing, he came out promptly that afternoon, assessed the job an explained that a full re-flooring was NOT needed. He arrived on time the next day, replaced the offending boards and re-enforced some other areas of the floor to strengthen. Work was completed promptly and a great job. Very happy with the service, explanations and quality of work, all for a reasonable price too. Will definitely use again.
