After having a integrated fridge freezer delivered by one of the big well known companies and supposedly installed they then said it wasn't a 50/50 fit the doors needed altered and were on the wrong side
and I would need a kitchen fitter.
I contacted Craig later that day a Sunday he answered my call promptly and said he would pop in and look at the fridge which as promised he did.
Craig said he could fit the unit no problem
which he did yesterday Wednesday fantastic job fridge freezer up and running fits perfectly.

Craig and his team fitted a kitchen for us in December 2023. From the first point of contact (messaging him to inquire about possible availability) to the final day of the job (when they removed all of the waste material from the old kitchen), they have been responsive, reliable, communicative, punctual, professional, courteous and friendly. When Craig arrived to give us an estimate, he immediately shook hands, removed his shoes and greeted our dogs, before examining the kitchen itself. He and his team (joiners, plumber and electrician) provided us with estimates promptly, allowing us to get the work started and completed ahead of schedule. Installation of Wren-supplied shaker style units in our kitchen and utility room plus removal of small partition wall and re-positioning of doorway and framing between kitchen and utility room including hanging new glazed door. Craig gave excellent and prompt input and advice from the outset when we had queries regarding alternative worktops and the new door. He also introduced us to an electrician and plumber for the other necessary works to connect up the new appliances. Craig, Ethan and Kyle carried out the work efficiently and tidily throughout and coordinated well with the electrician and plumber. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation at all in recommending this team for providing a first class kitchen installation and joinery service.

We’ve used Craig numerous times for our joinery work and his service is always first class. He has just finished a partial kitchen refit which included some extensive remodelling of the room layout and the results are amazing. He also fitted new LVT flooring which has already been admired by friends. I cannot recommend Craig and his two colleagues, Ethan and Kyle enough, punctual, tidy and utterly professional. He also coordinates other trades including electrical and plumbing, both of whom were equally as professional.

Craig cut out and installed new fitted wardrobes. Initially we were replacing doors, but his suggestion was actually much better and gave us exactly what we were hoping for. From the beginning we knew when he would start, finish and exactly what he would be doing. Both him and his apprentice did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Craig replaced a lot of skirting boards for us. Not a big job, but quite awkward. He fitted us in really quickly and did the job really well and at a very good price (and cleared up well afterwards). Definitely will use Craig again.

I contacted Craig recently and engaged him to fit a handrail on our staircase at home.
He arrived this morning to do the work. Everything was completed to a high standard, efficiently and in a short space of time. He was friendly and discussed the job with us as it progressed. He fully involved the 2 young apprentices who accompanied him. Finding reliable tradesmen can be difficult and we had poor experience with an Edinburgh based joiner last year who left us with very poorly fitted flooring that within a few months started to lift and then ignored all requests to come and rectify the issues. Then I find Craig on Trusted Trader, and within a week he has come to inspect the problem, identify the issue and repaired it. Fast, efficient, reliable with an incredibly fair price. His apprentices were also a credit to his business, and I could tell he took pride in them doing a job well and to his standards. I now have a trusted joiner for the future. 5*

Craig and his apprentices fitted our kitchen which included creating a new door entrance and laying new flooring throughout the downstairs. The quality of their work was exceptional, there was absolutely no hassle in having them in the house they were polite, friendly, trustworthy and went above and beyond to help us get the whole job completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

After being let down by another joiner, I contacted Craig who came along that same evening to provide a quote and completed the work only a few days later (contrasting with the other joiner).

They arrived on time and did a superb job with what, to me at least, seemed a relatively complex repair on my wooden windows (cutting out some rotten areas and seamlessly splicing in replacement timber). They were polite and friendly and tidied up after themselves.

The price seemed perfectly reasonable to me, and was actually 25% less than the previous joiner had quoted. Our kitchen was installed by Craig and his apprentice Ethan. Craig kept us informed of their progress, often asking how we wanted things, and pointed out any improvements that could be made, not just on the joinery aspect but on other aspects that we wouldn't have thought of, e.g. to add a windowsill to the quartz worktop, looks amazing.

Know How team came to fit my new integrated fridge. They said that they could not remove the plinth at the bottom to enable the fitting of the fridge.
