Willie and his team did an amazing job from start to finish on building an extension incorporating an ensuite and storage area.
Every tradesman was courteous and respectful to our existing property and garden and their finished work was of an exceptional standard.
Willie’s work ethics ensured our extension finished on time and on budget.
Willie himself kept us up to date on a regular basis and suggested options that we hadn’t thought about.
In a nutshell we would highly recommend WJS Builders and would have them back without hesitation for future works.

Repointing of brickwork from ground level to harling on my semi-detached bungalow. William and his team did a great job in just 3 days, and were very respectful of the property, cleaning up every day and avoiding damage to plants. I can't recommend highly enough.

We used William to build a porch/utility room onto the front of our house, change the position of our entrance into the house and remove an old glass porch. William’s communication was excellent throughout the project, he regularly checked details with us and his pricing was competitive. He is trustworthy and reliable, which put us at ease while the work was being done. We would definitely recommend him, and would use him again ourselves for future projects.

William gave a quote to make a porch (construct a base, concrete plinth, brick surround, floor and PVC sides). He also gave a quote for roof repairs. All work was carried out to a high standard and good attention to detail. Some additional details to improve the look of the project were suggested by William and included without additional cost. Communication was good at each stage of the work. William is a very personable person to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending William and his colleagues.

We had our double garage converted. After giving us a quote, we were given an estimate for the start date and it was pretty much spot on.

William and his team did a fantastic job completing our kitchen renovation. Work included the removal of nonstructural and structural walls, fitting our new kitchen, blocking internal doors, laying new floor, and removal of French doors to be replaced with a window. William kept in contact after his initial quotation and answered all the questions we had. William always turned up when he said he would and on time. We went to stay with family during the initial building work, William kept us updated regularly on how work was progressing and would call if there were unexpected works that needed rectified. He and his team cleaned daily after themselves and kept our home as tidy as possible when you're completing significant building work. Even our neighbours commented on how respectful and hardworking he and his team were.

William's work was fairly costed compared to other quotes we received. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him or using him again for any future building work.

We used WJS building services to build our two story extension. From start to finish the team were very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed on time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in using the team again and highly recommend.

We used WJS Builders to demolish a small outbuilding and carry out wall repairs within a garages compound in south Edinburgh. Organising this work was complicated for reasons unrelated to WJS Builders. But William was patient throughout the process and he and his colleague did an excellent job when the time came. The work was delivered to schedule, in line with the initial quote, and the site was left clean and tidy. William kept us updated on progress, and was on hand to give advice or suggestions when required. All in all, first class service and I would happily use the company again. Partial garage conversion. Work was carried out to a high standard. Good communication throughout and effort was made to keep the house as clean as possible.

Roof repair . William responded promptly to my request for a quote and was very responsive to any concerns including letting me see his certificate of insurance.He came to do the job when he said he would and took photos of the area needing to be repaired and the finished work which he showed me. He and his mate Brian were courteous and tidied up well behind them. All my questions were answered and I am confident the job was done well.
