Martin and his team were well organised, pleasant to deal with and delivered a quality job. The scope included fitting a new Worcester combi boiler and removing the existing boiler and very large Boilermate thermal store and pipework. As the kitchen was also being changed out, it was crucial the work was carried out on the appropriate dates.
From the initial planning, prompt quote, tailoring to my timing and efficient delivery of paperwork I couldn't have asked for a better job. I will continue to use Versatile Heating Services for my annual gas checks.

Thanks to Martin I now have hot water and heating again. He was able to prioritise my job as we had no heating or hot water. He was here when he said he’d be, carried out the work to a very high standard and cleaned up any mess at the end. Absolutely could not fault this company and would definitely feel more than happy to recommend them to anyone. I’ll be contacting him to service my boiler in the future, and again, will happily recommend him for that too. Full 10 out of 10 and extremely happy.

Martin replaced 5 radiators for me, swapping out the old ones for new, the pipework was also changed accordingly.
Communication from Martin was great, the work was completed in good time.

Emergency boiler repair. Brilliant response and Calum worked well beyond his hours to ensure the problem was addressed the same evening. The following day he returned with Martin and they succeeded in making the boiler fully operational again. Their advice, skills and professionalism were second to none. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

36 year old boiler stopped working but absolutely delighted versatile got a part for it and now working perfectly. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again

I had a leaking boiler on a Sunday evening which had the family panicking. Martin gave me advice over the phone and arranged to visit on the Monday afternoon where he discovered a few seals were perished. He replaced those and also a few seals that weren't perished simply because of the age of the boiler.

Martin installed our new gas cooker. Getting an appointment and quote was easy and quick. He turned up on time, organised for our old cooker to get picked up and recycled, and was helpful at all times. Great service all round!

Michael was efficient and professional from the first point of contact. He was very helpful and offered to fix a couple of things at no extra cost.
I will definitely contact them again if/when I have heating problems.

Martin and his colleague repaired my boiler and replaced 2 radiators. They responded to my enquiry in a timely manner and were courteous and polite throughout. They were extremely tidy while completing the job and I am happy with the outcome. Martin had my boiler up and running in no time and he done a first class job of the new radiators.

We had a problem with boiler and was recommended Martin from a friend so glad we got him.When Martin came he Knew right away what the problem was ordered part and fixed it promptly and efficiently would most definitely recommend him,will be getting Martin to do my service for central heating now instead of being ripped of for years with gas board.Thanks Martin
