The person in charge is very nice. They responded the email or answer the questions very quick. They installed my cupola with double glazed unit. The three young man worked very seriously. Even that day is not good weather. But they still done the work very well. They also repaired the broken wood. Thank you so much.

We are delighted with our windows. Trinity provided a professional and efficient service from start to finish. The flat is so much quieter and cosier. The fitters were great and did a really good job. They were very tidy, easy to have in the flat & I missed their singing. I have already recommended them to others.

Trinity Glazing fitted double glazed windows to my B-listed flat in Dunbar. The work was overseen by Ben, who is one of the firm's directors. As well as being pleased with the quality of the windows fitted, I would also like to highlight the service I received from Trinity Glazing, which I would say was first class. Communication and advice were prompt and clear, and any issues were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. We had trinity glazing to fit new timber surrounds on two windows for draught reduction, and secondary glazing on three for noise reduction.
Craig and Stevie were a pleasure to have around the house - they protected all surfaces, cleared up as they went, asked our opinions when needed, and completed all work to a really high standard, including fine details. It felt like they took the care they would have taken in their own homes.
The office were great to deal with too. They were really flexible and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently.
Can't really comment on how their prices compare to other companies because they were the only ones willing to come out and quote for our job, but the price felt fair for the quality of the product and the level of workmanship.

I had 5 new double glazed windows fitted. The work took 3 days. The window fitters were friendly and professional. I was kept fully informed of the work being carried out. There was a small crack on one of the frames and the window fitters returned to repair the damage. The house was cleaned each day after the work was completed. I am very happy with my new windows.

Installation of two external and one internal window. I was really impressed with this company and the professional manner of all I had contact with. Particular thanks to the glazers who installed the windows, they did a fantastic job and when they realised the installation of the internal window could cause a fair bit of disruption as it was between two kids rooms, they came up with a plan where more of the work was done back in the workshop to minimise impact in the home. They took all debris with them and left the flat spotless. Highly recommended.

So easy to work with from start to finish and very fairly priced. They replaced the bottom panes of glass following a smah. Suzanne was so fast to respond and work around my dates rearrangements and the gentlemen who came to fit the glass today was so fast, efficient and didn’t leave a smidge of mess behind. However I have to say I am really pleased with the job done, old windows removed and new put in place same day, it looks like the windows were always part of the building, no issues whatsoever!

Replacement windows in tenement stair and stair cupboards, which were very large and difficult to access. My experience of dealing with Trinity Glazing, whom I have used twice before, was excellent from start to finish. This is the second time we have had work completed by Trinity Glazing and level of service has been great from everyone we've dealt with in the company.
First time round we got a new composite door and we were so impressed we got them out to replace a kitchen window and French doors. There was a mix up with our handles but this was immediately fixed as soon as we spoke to Trinity Glazing and we weren't invoiced until we were 100% happy

Having used Trinity Glazing recently to replace six similar condition windows and experienced the quality and fitting expertise it was a no brainier to use them again. There was no problem getting them back to rectify some minor snagging. Overall, all the residents were very pleased with the completed work. I previously used them to install my kitchen window, and was very happy, so used them again for my livingroom windows and spare room. They did an amazing job. I wouldn't use anyone else. The also fixed a lot if ybe awful job made by the person who previously did my bedroom window. I thought they would just seal the cracks on the inside and fix the vent, but they slowly sealed the outside too and added a small drain. Trinity come with my highest recommendation.

Just had trinity in to replace 6 sash and case windows in my Leith based flat. Really happy with the final product, already much warmer and for the first time in months I wasn't woken up by the sounds of the building site across the street. The guys were very nice, worked quickly and tidily. Installation was spread over 2 days which worked well for me as I could still work from home and keep the cats isolated. Would recommend them to friends.

I would like to say that we have been most impressed with the service. Even when a mistake was made with the initial appointment, it was immediately acknowledged and apologised for. We all make mistakes and it is how it is dealt with that is important. We also observed that the estimator came back to double check the measurements when they seemed odd. It was in fact correct. The installation staff were diligent and polite and we were most impressed at the efforts to avoid dust and in their tidying up after the work. We also noted how little of the window frame paintwork was chipped in the work. Well done all.

The Trinity team (Craig, Stevie, Jack, Kev) were great. Very skilled and hard working though the weather was warm. We have old Georgian windows which are all now double glazed and fitted perfectly.

We had some secondary glazing fitted to our windows in the lounge and small bedroom.
They arrived on the date arranged. The workmen worked hard and completed the job mid afternoon. They were very tidy and cleaned up afterwards.

The work carried out involved the installation of secondary acoustic glazing in two bedrooms and a replacement tilt & turn window in a kitchen. These were bespoke made to measure items and work well as installed. Trinity Glazing's service was first class from initial inquiry through suggesting options, on-site measurement and installation. Two Dormer Windows replaced.
Jack and Craig arrived with Dust Sheets to cover all the carpets between front door and the windows. They worked steadily and when they discovered a problem with rot in the panels at the sides of the Dormer they then replaced the panels but still were finished the whole job before the end of the day.

I had 7 units fitted in 4 rooms and had been advised to expect installation to take 2-2.5 days, but it was all done in one day - phenomenal! The fitters were nice guys and they tidied up very well afterwards. There were a few wee snagging issues that I only became aware of a couple of days later, but these were swiftly resolved. Everyone I dealt with in the office was extremely professional and friendly. I'm extremely happy and have no hesitation in highly recommending Trinity Glazing, a local company.

Replacement of 3 old downstairs windows in 1950's vintage property. The main living room should have a good view of the Pentland Hills, if the old window seals still worked...
The installers turned-up on time, were quick (1 day only from start to finish), tidied-up and sealed the interior / exterior joints between frame and mortar properly. The last aspect is often overlooked if you take the 'cowboy' route or have never lived through a Canadian winter.
I would use Trinity again, as they were also priced competitively.

Remedial work to a window cill which had been damaged due to water ingress. Trinity Glazing removed the cill investigated the leak, increased the drainage capacity, checked over the window, tightened the seals and then replaced the cill wIth a new board.

Trinity Glazing was recommended to me by a friend. I had used another trader in the past and they were really good but to be honest the work and service of Trinity Glazing was super. The chap that came to see us on first step told us we did not need new frames so we just got the glass. That to me was honesty itself, you can't buy that. He said we just needed a new door and frame. We waited six weeks as we wanted job done. Once the chaps came they did everything in one day - superb. We had a wee problem with adjustment on the door but that was to be expected as our house was built in 1800. All is great now, again great service thank you Trinity Glazing.

Trinity staff were easy to deal with, were very prompt in their actions and did what they said they'd do. Having no real experience to judge 'value for money' I could not give full marks but I felt comfortable with the cost as quoted. Happy to use them again as and when required.

Trinity Glazing were good value for money when compared to a number of other quotations and the replacement window was supplied and fitted to the timetable agreed and to high standard. While Covid-19 restrictions caused a delay in installation, this was completed as soon as restrictions were lifted.

Replaced old wooden sash & case windows with new PVC sliding sash & case windows. I had difficulty finding someone who could do this with the curve at the top to match the stonework of the old cottage (1880) but was delighted that Trinity was able to supply exactly what I wanted. The quality of the windows were excellent and the price was well below what I expected. My thanks too to Craig and Stephen for first class installation, they arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the two front windows replaced by 4 p.m. The before and after pictures show how good the match is from the old original windows.

Someone totally smashed my shop window - not what you need with forced closure at the moment. it was a Sunday evening on the bank holiday weekend. Trinity glazing were there by 10 am the next day having given me a quote over the phone. They removed and replaced the window in no time, were clean tidy and efficient. Brilliant.

We were really pleased with the work and service Trinity Glazing provided from start to finish, replacing all our windows downstairs and upstairs. Kevin & Craig did a great job to replace all the windows, while preserving the existing woodwork / sills and surrounding tiles. They worked round the house in a methodical manner, agreed with us. They made sure each room was clean and tidy, as work was undertaken and completed. They checked in every day to make sure everything was okay and picked up on anything we had noticed. All we needed to ask them to do was go over some of the sealant. They highlighted to us that some external stone would need repaired and this work has now been completed. They kept us informed throughout of plans and when they would be here. They advised us to highlight any issues or concerns as everything settles down, the windows are used in earnest and the weather changes. We would definitely recommend Trinity Glazing. Real sense of teamwork. Very organised, quality service.
