I have double glazed astrigal windows (provided by another supplier). Some of the little panes were steaming up. These had to be removed and replaced. This was done in a timely fashion at a decent price. Good advice, nice tradesmen. Everything left tidy.

We have used Trinity in the past for some smallish jobs and they have been marvellous on every occasion. We have just had them replace all the glazing panes on a wooden door and we are just delighted with the service they have provided and the job they have done. Aaron and Toby did the job for us and Aaron talked us through every step (as he did when he came to measure and quote). They were exceptionally polite, knowledgable, friendly and professional. They went to great pains to make sure every little detail was perfect for us and we couldn’t be happier with the finished job.
Their quote was very reasonable and the job was completed extremely quickly. The whole process was hassle-free and friendly. Suzanne in the office does a great job!

Communication with Trinity was fantastic from the opening enquiry. Surveyor came out to measure the job and gave clear timescales.
When it came to the new door being fitted, the workmen came and done an excellent job to the highest standard. Very happy customer!

Trinity supplied and fitted a new UPVC window to replace a timber window that had been damaged by dry rot. They had to attend at a time to fit in with the main contractor's schedule.
From visiting to measure up for the new window through to completion Trinity were a pleasure to do business with. Pleasant, communicative,punctual and good quality product and workmanship.

I requested a survey for replacement windows from Trinity. They were very responsive and prompt in arranging the visit. Craig, who attended, was actually able to fix the problem I was having with the windows there and then, meaning I no longer needed replacements! I had some secondary glazing installed and have been very happy with the whole process. An estimator came out soon after my inquiry and I received a quote for the works quickly after that. At no point did I feel pressured. It took about one month for the windows to be made up and they were installed very efficiently. The difference in sound insulation is amazing, like night and day. I was also given a few helpful pointers about shortcomings with the original double glazing I had had installed by a different firm which I am now chasing up. I just wish I had used Trinity Glazing in the first place.

I had a replacement for an old patio door with a modern aluminium-framed one. Trinity have done an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the result. They removed the old one and fitted the new one which has a much better seal both against draught and sound. They spent quite a while getting it right, fitting the trim and sealing round it. I'm very happy and would certainly use them again.

This is the second time we have used Trinity Glazing. We have had in total 4 windows and a door installed. The windows are excellent quality, the difference in temperature in the house is obvious!
The staff, from the estimator, to the office staff, to the installers have all been unfailingly polite and cheerful.

After a sofa delivery company had broken my front door, I contacted Trinity Glazing to have a new, fire door fitted. Although the time it took materials to be dispatched to them (no criticism) was a couple of months, my new door was installed and looks fantastic. The men doing the work were very friendly, respectful and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. If I need work done in the future I will definitely be returning!

TG replaced 7 double glazing units in original wooden frames where the vacuum was no longer and hence moisture misting obscured the glass.
Prior to employing TG I visited their premises. I was pleasantly pleased by the industry of their staff. They manufacture the double glazing units themselves on site. Very efficient process of ordering and installing. The units were installed in under 4 hours. They were very careul and tidied up at every opportunity. I very much enjoy doing business with smallish companies for good work for a fair price.

The two of them then did the work, looked after our house as though it was their own, with a great manner and real diligence in the work- professional and personable.
The remaining glazing in this house will be done by this firm, there is no reason to go elsewhere. I have had 3 other firms look at this work, Trinity were the only one who looked at what needed done, assessed and delivered this without suggesting unnecessary additional work. They were excellent from start to finish.

Trinity glazing replaced our sash and case windows with PVC windows of the same character and size. The windows look exactly the same from outside and are perfectly in keeping with our house which was exactly what we wanted.
The installation was fast, very efficient and the company left the house clean and tidy. This is a local independent company who we have used for over 20 years and they have always provided excellent service and quality work.

Contacted Trinity Glazing for a quote on replacing a single bathroom window, some double glazing companies were not invincible such a small job. Trinity were happy to quote and I was happy to accept. The whole experience with Trinity Glazing was professional and straightforward, from the measuring and ordering of the window to the fitting. Their window fitter completed the job in half a day, he was courteous, tidy and very professional in his approach to the job. The area was left clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity Glazing for future similar work. Excellent.

The person in charge is very nice. They responded the email or answer the questions very quick. They installed my cupola with double glazed unit. The three young man worked very seriously. We are delighted with our windows. Trinity provided a professional and efficient service from start to finish. The flat is so much quieter and cosier. The fitters were great and did a really good job. They were very tidy, easy to have in the flat & I missed their singing. I have already recommended them to others.

We had trinity glazing to fit new timber surrounds on two windows for draught reduction, and secondary glazing on three for noise reduction.
Craig and Stevie were a pleasure to have around the house - they protected all surfaces, cleared up as they went, asked our opinions when needed, and completed all work to a really high standard, including fine details. It felt like they took the care they would have taken in their own homes.
The office were great to deal with too. They were really flexible and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently.
Can't really comment on how their prices compare to other companies because they were the only ones willing to come out and quote for our job, but the price felt fair for the quality of the product and the level of workmanship.

There was a small crack on one of the frames and the window fitters returned to repair the damage. The house was cleaned each day after the work was completed. I am very happy with my new windows.

Installation of two external and one internal window. I was really impressed with this company and the professional manner of all I had contact with. Particular thanks to the glazers who installed the windows, they did a fantastic job and when they realised the installation of the internal window could cause a fair bit of disruption as it was between two kids rooms, they came up with a plan where more of the work was done back in the workshop to minimise impact in the home. They took all debris with them and left the flat spotless. Highly recommended.

Replacement windows in tenement stair and stair cupboards, which were very large and difficult to access. My experience of dealing with Trinity Glazing, whom I have used twice before, was excellent from start to finish. First time round we got a new composite door and we were so impressed we got them out to replace a kitchen window and French doors. There was a mix up with our handles but this was immediately fixed as soon as we spoke to Trinity Glazing and we weren't invoiced until we were 100% happy

Having used Trinity Glazing recently to replace six similar condition windows and experienced the quality and fitting expertise it was a no brainier to use them again. I previously used them to install my kitchen window, and was very happy, so used them again for my livingroom windows and spare room. They did an amazing job. I wouldn't use anyone else. The also fixed a lot if ybe awful job made by the person who previously did my bedroom window. I thought they would just seal the cracks on the inside and fix the vent, but they slowly sealed the outside too and added a small drain. Trinity come with my highest recommendation.

Just had trinity in to replace 6 sash and case windows in my Leith based flat. Really happy with the final product, already much warmer and for the first time in months I wasn't woken up by the sounds of the building site across the street. The guys were very nice, worked quickly and tidily. Installation was spread over 2 days which worked well for me as I could still work from home and keep the cats isolated. We all make mistakes and it is how it is dealt with that is important. We also observed that the estimator came back to double check the measurements when they seemed odd. It was in fact correct. The installation staff were diligent and polite and we were most impressed at the efforts to avoid dust and in their tidying up after the work. We also noted how little of the window frame paintwork was chipped in the work. Well done all.

Trinity glazing replaced 5 windows in my flat. It was a big investment for me so I was delighted by how professional the company was throughout the entire process, from the initial quote visit to the installation. The team answered any questions I had, arrived when they said they would, completed the work as specified, used dust covers to keep my furniture clean and tidied up afterwards. The glazier is a kind, professional gentleman. His work was brilliant, very quickly and neatly done. He managed NOT to smash the glass. No shards of glass all over the place!! Yay!! As previously happened with another company. The windows were sealed with putty not silicone (as another company used). Putty is much better.
Contact with the admin team was also very good. They were kind, helpful, prompt and reliable.
I have already recommended TRINITY GLAZING to neighbours with the same problem.

We had 11 sash and case windows replaced with double glazed uPVC sash and case. Trinity were fantastic from start to finish - easy to get a hold of and always kept us updated. The windows have been well fitted and the joinery work undertaken is neat and precise. For any glazing jobs in the future will 100% be using them again.

9 windows replaced with double glazed sash windows. Not the cheapest quote obtained but had heard good things about Trinity so went with them. All the work completed within 2 days. The 2 joiners doing the work were excellent and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of day one. The admin side of things was all vey efficiently handled as well. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future.

I had a front and back door replaced and the doors and workmanship exceeded my expectations. They have made such a difference to my hall and kitchen. We had some secondary glazing fitted to our windows in the lounge and small bedroom.
They arrived on the date arranged. The workmen worked hard and completed the job mid afternoon. They were very tidy and cleaned up afterwards.
In the small bedroom we asked if they could be careful with the walls as the paint marks very easily. They left without a mark on the walls.
We were very happy with the job and would definitely use them again.

We had five new windows and front door installed by Trinity and are very happy with the results, especially as the price we paid was almost half what other companies were asking for the same work.
The finish is excellent and the team (Kevin, Craig and Stevie) were excellent, very polite and extremely tidy.

The team was incredibly professional and helpful from the start, coming out quickly to provide a quote, being upfront about costs, options and timescales, and providing really useful advice. The work carried out involved the installation of secondary acoustic glazing in two bedrooms and a replacement tilt & turn window in a kitchen. These were bespoke made to measure items and work well as installed. Trinity Glazing's service was first class from initial inquiry through suggesting options, on-site measurement and installation. Trinity Glazing's staff were courteous and helpful at all times and their workmanship was of a high standard. The aftercare provided was also first class.

They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it (all in the one day and cleaned up as they went). It's a great finished job at a very reasonable rate. Two Dormer Windows replaced.
Jack and Craig arrived with Dust Sheets to cover all the carpets between front door and the windows. They worked steadily and when they discovered a problem with rot in the panels at the sides of the Dormer they then replaced the panels but still were finished the whole job before the end of the day.
They left the place clean and tidy . I was very pleased with every aspect of using the company.
