My shower had been dripping for months and I kept putting off attending to it. Finally called The Shower Doctor. Sent a photo and described the problem, they gave me a quote and we arranged an appointment. Shower fixed, no fuss, reasonable cost. Why did I wait so long?!

The Shower Doctor provided excellent service and the work was done promptly and to a high standard. Everyone else wanted to change the whole unit but the shower doctor fixed the dodgy part and charged me less than half of the price quoted for a new shower unit.
I will go straifht back to them if I need another repair or shower.

The engineer managed to resolve the problem with my bath mixer tap. He also took note of the cartridge(s) required for future reference. I would not hesitate to recommend to others and would definitely use again if the need arises in future. Great service at a fair price.

The engineer was amazingly persistent and skilful. It took a long time to find the water cut off tap, but he managed it. The guts of the shower needed replacing and he had all the needed parts. He even fixed an issue I hadn’t identified before and left me with an as new fully functional shower. Superb service from a real professional.

Great experience. Turned up on time, wore shoe covers inside house, explained everything and resolved the issue with a simple fix rather than full replacement of shower cartridge. NO charge - will deffo use again

Our shower had lost its pressure and was constantly changing temperature. The engineer who looked at the problem was polite, cheerful and fixed the problem. Nothing was a bother to him. It turned out to be washers. The shower is fixed and working brilliantly.
