The cartridge on my shower was leaking and in Dec 23 they replaced it.
Last month it started to leak again.I contacted them who arranged a visit the following day and changed the cartridge.
There was no charge or excuses unlike many other contractors.
I was initialy recommended to this company by a plumber who was too busy to bother with such a small job.

The problem with my shower was quickly identified and explained to me. The part required was available there and then and promptly fitted to my shower and tested. The person who attended to the job was both professional and approachable. Thank you for this excellent service and follow up. Also much appreciated was the fact he arrived within the promised timescale. A bit of a rarity these days! I am recommending The Shower Doctor to my friends and neighbours.

A replacement shower .
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company . Turned up when they said they would , respectful to the household , ie overshoes without being asked . Friendly polite , nothing any trouble knowledgeable and did exactly what is says on the tin , actually a very pleasant, efficient , experience . Well done , thank you .

Faulty shower unit. decided just to replace unit.
Fitter wanted to check shower before he would change it, after
checking everything he changed the pull cord switch as the
wiring was shorted, he repaired the wiring, fitted a new pull switch.
the fitter was diligent in every way, even asking for a brush to sweep
up a minute amount of dirt that fell from the pull switch.
If all Shower Doctor fitters are as good as the one we had

Highly recommend. Shower stopped working so took a picture of it in to the shop to show make/model. They identified two potential parts it may need and fixed it next day, the cheaper part all that was needed. Very honest solution. Finally followed up a week later checking all was ok. Great service.

Shower was leaking badly but Shower Doctor had 3 week waiting list however, as it was a family shower they phoned back and arranged a repair the following week! Technician arrived as arranged and spent an hour repairing and replacing faulty parts which he had brought in his van.
Very helpful and informative guy and the best of service from the SD office ladies!!

Shower rail and shower head replacement. My shower bracket was broken after two visits from the shower doctors technician trying various replacement parts we decided to replace shower rail and head units. The price given was very good value and was also given a discount on item. It was all fitted within a day even though the technician had to adapt some fittings very impressed with everything.
