Old tower shower which has hot and cold reversed as well as a kink in the hot water cable.
Elsewhere the shower doctor identified a possible blockage of the hot water pipe that was affecting my shower. He worked methodically to identify the issue and suggested alternatives
Polite, methodical and checked every possible cause of the fault. Most impressed with his work ethic and minimal cost. Definitely recommend for those with shower issues.

This was a job that four plumbers had declined. Replacement of a slightly non-standard cartridge in an older shower, with an extended operating rod, needed someone with skill and experience.
The job was fairly quick, priced same
As the quote, and was done promptly.
The technician was friendly and efficient, explaining a couple of possible niggles, which thankfully didn’t happen.

Helpful and efficient engineer sorted the problem. Actual cost much less than expected. He also offered to examine problem in another shower when convenient to us. Most impressed with the service and have recommended the company to someone else.

Our electric shower was leaky and had poor pressure. After sending photos and describing the issues, the likely causes were outlined and an estimate provided which included a best scenario and worst scenario which was helpful.
The person who came to repair it was polite and efficient. It turned out to be the least expensive option which was a welcome surprise.
I would definitely recommend the Shower Doctor.

A masterclass in shower refitting! Theoretically, it would have been possible to repair the shower - the suspect part was still available - but the shower was 20+ years old and I could see that other parts could well go on to fail one after another before too much longer. I was promised the new shower would fit seamlessly into the space occupied by the old one, and so it proved. I can’t speak too highly of the professionalism and knowledge of the engineer/technician who carried out the work or of his care to keep mess to a minimum and then to ensure he cleared away what little there was.

The service on our shower mixer was done professionally and efficiently. The tradesman was very thorough and careful with his work and he was happy to answer questions. I will be recommending Shower Doctor to all those in our residential development. Excellent service and value for money.

We have tried to repair a fault with our shower around the temperature a number of times unsuccessfully. I was told about shower doctor and the repair has been great. They couldnt find the source of the fault at first but worked away until they found it and it was solved. We are very happily having showers now with the correct temperature! Very clean and tidy during and after the work and checked in with us to explain what the issues were.

Shower repair. The problems were comprehensively tackled and the job was completed successfully. A follow up review was carried out and it was confirmed. I am pleased that further visits will be done if there are any problems, though I am confident the work has been well carried out.

Came to fix my shower as it was leaking from the head.
He explained everything that was wrong with it and showed me. He fixed with a part that was needed, cleaned everything up before he left.
