Had mice in early stages but hope all will be well . The operative was very kind and very professional. As a oap felt very comfortable with him in my home.

Came next day, diagnosed problem (mice in attic) applied treatment and mice all gone within 10 days. Treatment reports set out clearly what was done along with handy tips to avoid mice in future. Returned to check all was OK and removed dead mice and any remaining treatment.

Helped me identify where mice were getting into the house and gave advice on how to block that up.

I had problems with mice in my loft, had to call out Tae a Moose pest control twice. Craig was very informative and helpful and checked my whole house over as I can’t stand the wee critters! Thanks Craig! Fingers crossed they won’t be back!

I had a mouse problem following work being done on flat upstairs. Everything was dealt with by the wonderfully reassuring Craig. His treatment report included photos which were helpful to the joiner.I hadn't noticed that work on my boiler had meant there were holes.I can't recommend this company highly enough.

We have just moved into a new flat which was squalid with mouse droppings. Craig came promptly at short notice, and checked the whole flat. He explained clearly what the different coloured mouse droppings signified (YUK!!) and gave helpful and thorough advice as to what we should do next. he managed to be both very informative about the horror we had found, and very reassuring about how to deal with it. Tae a Moose came and cleared our attic of 10+ wasps nests. They were able to fit us in promptly and gave some good advice on how to reduce the chances of them coming back! Thanks !

Came across mouse in bath (it was clearly trying to get out but couldn’t). Didn’t fancy trying to deal with it myself as it would surely have escaped. Phoned taeamoose, Craig came out within an hour or two, removed mouse and made a quick survey of flat to check there was no sign of infestation. Also while doing this Craig identified source of leak that I’d only just been made aware of by downstairs neighbour. Mouse was not culprit but this was very helpful on Craig’s part.

This was my initial visit from Craig who was very helpful and explained a lot to me which made me feel more relaxed with my mice problem. He was very thorough which is helping me get through until his next visit.

Although it was extremely hot, he didn’t stop for a drink or cuppa but politely thanked me for the offer.

He inspected premises throughly, going through every room, removing kick plates where necessary, lying down on floors taking photographs; he inspected pipes, boiler, CH and water tank areas in loft.

He commented on our own measures to remove the problem; he answered any questions (I had loads!*) then made his own suggestions, always giving clear explanations for his advice.

That man is a credit to the company and in my opinion deserves promotion and or a raise!

* As a retired HT I am always looking for abs quality in any job we need. And I suppose I am known as a “ tricky customer, difficult to please” (tbh my standards are high)

Excellent and professional service from Tae A Moose to deal with a nesting squirrel problem. Brian responded swiftly from our first contact and Vikki kept good communications with us until the issue was solved. They explained everything clearly and really cared about how it was affecting everyday life as well as ensuring a humane removal where possible.

Cannot speak more highly of Brian and Vikki at Tae A Moose. Last year I had Brian out to get rid of a wasp nest in my attic, he was on time, did the job quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved in one day. Most recently I contacted Vikki regarding visitors in my house. She responded quickly, booked Brian to come out the very next day. When Brian arrived he made sure I was okay, he identified the issue immediately of how the visitors were coming into my house. He checked the entire house, even my attic! He explained everything in detail what he was doing and why, I even learned some interesting facts! I was a little nervous after hearing some traps go off throughout the evening, Brian came back the same night after hours in his own time to check the traps and to remove them to allow me to settle in my own home - this is above and beyond. The issue was resolved in exactly a week, everything that Brian and Vikki said would happen, happened! Extremely thankful for the great service and I recommend Tae A Moose to anyone who needs their services.

We have had Tae a Moose out to our house 3 times in the past couple of years: once to deal with an Ant nest, and twice to remove a wasp nest. On all 3 occasions, they were able to come within 24 hours. They arrived promptly and dealt with the problem very efficiently. We also consider that their prices are very reasonable. We’ve used Tae A Moose at our Edinburgh Old Town Tenement, to help with pigeons that had created a problem nesting in our outside basement area. Full service of cleaning waste up and netting area. I highly recommend to use this company as professional, friendly and very competitive in price.

From phone calls to visits, Tae A Moose listened, advised and were knowledgeable and fast-acting. I was worried about a problem with biting insects in my flat. An initial ‘over the phone’ assessment made me feel I was in safe hands, and the visit from Brian reinforced that. He found carpet beetles and did further research on the specific types and the best means of tackling them. Another appointment was made swiftly to apply a spray.

We had a wasp nest near back door in the eves of the house, Brian treated the area, This was after a call late morning and he was round in the afternoon.
This was the third time we have used Tae a moose as my daughter had trouble with squirrels in her loft and insects and successfully got rid of them.
Tae a Moose have been great on each of the treatments in the past and would highly recommend them.

Tae A Moose responded quickly to our mouse problem. They came out to our property a few times to lay poison and refill it. They arrived when they said they would and communication was brilliant. They were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us advice to try and avoid mice coming into our tenement flat again.

Bit of a story but basically had to call out Tae A Moose twice for the ‘same but different’ problem! 1st time was for a suspect squirrel in my attic/roof space -all handled from first phone call (with an amazing Vikki as I was extremely stressed as going on holiday next day!) and Brian who checked it out when I was away, after making arrangements. No sign of said squirrel (delighted!) but a few months later, more noises in roof space but not squirrel noises this time, but pigeons nesting. Brian removed nest, which was actually under roof tiles, not in the attic. The two pigeons weren’t so keen to leave and needed two visits and a lot of coaxing and head scratching to get them to fly the nest! I cannot thank or recommend Vicki & Brian enough for their communication, knowledge, calmness and doing a good job.

I contacted Tae A Moose because of a pigeon problem, and they sorted it out for me very quickly. Vikki and Brian were both friendly and helpful. Vikki was very quick to reply to emails, and gave me a reasonable quote immediately based on photos of the affected areas. Brian was punctual and did a very thorough job, and took care not to get any of the mess on the carpet. I'm very happy with the work done and will go straight to Tae A Moose if I have any other pest issues in the future.

Excellent and speedy service from Brian and Vikki. We spotted house mouse activity in a corner of the garden and Brian came, found a nest being built under flagstones and immediately removed it. Traps were then laid and the mice found and removed. This averted what could have quickly become a much bigger problem if that nest had remained!

We request a service for removing bird dropping and to stop birds nesting and generally causing a nuisance at one of our properties. The work carried out was outstanding and the product they used has stopped birds coming anywhere near the balcony which is on the 6th (top) floor.

We had a problem with squirrels in our attic. The problem was dealt with extremely well and effectively. Under difficult conditions, it was all dealt with by the company very smoothly. We are very grateful for all their help throughout, and would highly recommend them.

They came the same day as I called, did and extremely thorough inspection of the property, crawling into hard to get to eaves. Problem identified and seems to have been cured. Couldn't ask for anything else.

I spotted a rat on my garage guttering(it had been attracted by bird feeders and raisins I'd left out). I spoke with Vikki and within a couple of hours Brian was round investigating. He was very diligent setting my mind at ease that it hadn't been in my house loft(very important to me). He showed me where it had been travelling and sheltering and explained their habits which I found very helpful. I could have set bait but my mind wouldn't have been at rest as to whether I'd fully resolved the problem fully and also smell/flies would have been an issue. It had been living in my garage roof void. He set various traps and within a few days my problem was resolved. Excellent, speedy(very important with this problem) and affordable service carried out with the minimum of fuss. 10/10

Carried out some consulting and treatment - Its the time of year.
Brian is fabulous, an honest hardworking guy that gets the job done. Extremely helpful and offers great advice, patient even when you have no idea what to do his explanations are extremely helpful.

Wasp hive in the attic which was causing me problems - I have a child and didn’t want to risk her getting stung and tae a moose came straight out. They dealt with the large hive and throughout the process the service was first rate - I even learned something about wasp hives in the process!

The price was very competitive and even guaranteed if the hive wasn’t properly dealt with they would come back at no extra cost.

I contacted Tae a Moose back in September when I suspected we have a mouse problem, due to the property (flats) next to us.
We now have a regular contract which visits are carried out every month, at a competitive price (paid quarterly)
This is to ensure we are pest free.
Brian is always friendly & helpful. Vicki is always at the end of the phone if we ever need advise or an extra visit, which I am pleased to say we haven’t as yet.
