I am the owner of a property in a small block which consists in total of 12 flats, and Stoneworks have just completed a building survey for us. We require a roof repair and we were being given vastly differing costings so decided to have a building survey done before proceeding with any work.
David's report is extremely comprehensive and will allow all owners to proceed with confidence on any necessary work requiring done on the building.
