Stephen and Wendy tackled a few different tasks around my property, including removal of some metal gates, replacement of a wooden fence and removal of several trees. When they came to quote for the work, they provided their own ideas of how to do the work effectively and safely. When they did the work, they worked quickly, delivered exactly what they said and did a great job tidying up at the end. Very friendly people - I hope to use again in the future.

We have used S & W property solutions for a wee fencing job in our backyard. They were reliable and we received a high quality service. Our requirement might have not been straight forward, but they made sure that they check every detail with us and they have understood clearly our specific request. They have also suggested couple of things that we could chose from and discussed all the options they can provide. We would definitely use them again and we are highly recommend their services.

Stephen and Wendy rebuilt 3 sections of our fence reliably and on time after the original fence sections were blown over in a storm. I would recommend them any time. They are very kind and friendly too.

Steve and Wendy cut back an overgrown hedge and a tree. They did a good careful job and made sure I was happy with everything before tidying up thoroughly. Their communications were excellent from the first time I contacted them, price was very fair, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Stephen ( & Wendy) carried out repair to my fence after the recent gales. Access to the fence was difficult because of trees and shrubs. Work was carried out efficiently and I now have a fence which is safe to neighbours. Stephen also erected a rotary dryer for me.

Replacement of old metal garden gate with a wooden one.
Both Stephen and Wendy could not have been nicer. They were prompt in their response to our request and were on time for their appointments. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard even putting in extra supports for the gate. I would not hesitate recommending them to other people.

Steven and Wendy built a bespoke garden store specifically as storage for my mobility scooter. They were happy to make small adjustments to the design as the work progressed. They were innovative, hard working, methodical and careful. I'm delighted with the finished job and would definitely recommend them for this type of job.

S and W carried out a variety of garden tasks all to an excellent standard. Rebuilding a stone wall, erecting a trellis fence, building a raised bed and making a wheelie bin enclosure. I am delighted with the end results and found the service professional in every sense. Punctual every day and really good communication from outset. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I have never felt safer! Stephen and Wendy are a beautiful couple and they worked hard to make one of my dreams come true.
I had a patio area that I could not access due to a step. Stephen and Wendy made sure I could get access to the area.
I had wrap around planters installed on patio area, that I could previously not access. All hand built and measured to my height and ability.
I would not hesitate to recommend or use S and W again. Such a beautiful job which means I can get a little bit of freedom and have an area to concentrate and work on. So, thank you both very, very much!

Arrived when they said they would and went straight to work. Replaced the door, removed the old door and fittings in fact they left the area cleaner than it was before they started.. totally professional job my Garage now looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company great value for money
