Our garden needed an extensive clear out and revamp and the work was carried out in a few phases. Stephen and Matt did a great job and Stephen came up with ideas/solutions that we had not thought about. The guys came when scheduled and cleared all the rubbish away - and there was a lot! Wendy was great at letting us know when the guys were coming. Work was listed on all quotes and no ‘surprise’ add-ons. We are very happy with the work and would definitely use the company again. More than happy to recommend them as well.

Replacement of two garden fences and repairs to a third fence, along with repair to a shed roof. Stephen and Wendy carried out this work as three separate jobs during the period March-August and we are very pleased with the results. Garden landscaping project - repainting fences, lifting concrete slabs, laying a lawn and building flowerbeds. Quote was provided quickly and we were kept informed throughout the process.

Stephen and Matty were a dream to have do the work, installing new (and expensive) panel fencing that I had sourced online. Not only did Stephen confirm he could save me money by ordering the fencing in for me, his quote was very competitive and, based on his solid reputation, I asked him to complete the work. I am SO happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to all. The job wasn't straight forward, as the garden was at different levels and it was the first time Stephen had worked with the specific product and yet he did a FANTASTIC job in short time. Now to start saving for the next garden improvements project, when I'll be getting back to S & W for their valuable help.

Our garden fence was damaged in the recent strong winds - I emailed Steven and he came down in his lunch break the following day and straightened and fixed the fence - great response.

I was looking to replace an existing rickety fence. Difficult job - ground sloped downwards, couple of large trees to fence round and lots of concrete that had to be removed. Stephen and Wendy provided a quick, competitive, and detailed written quote before commencing the work. They turned up when they said they would and completed the works to a very high standard, in the time we had agreed and cleared up once the job had been finished. Both were really friendly and continuously consulted us to ensure we were happy.

Stephen reinstalled a bollard for me for a really reasonable price and was able to do so quickly after I asked him to. This really helped me out in a touch situation. Also he regularly stayed in contact with me about when a free window was going to come up, to allow him to do the work. This communication was excellent to have and let me know that my job was still on the list. Then the job itself was done to a really high standard and he thought of some additional ways to make the installation stronger. Will hire him again whenever I get the chance!

Organised Stephen and Wendy to build some fencing in our back patio area and they completed the work to a great standard and on time. Communication was excellent and they even went the extra mile for me (literally), as I had given them the wrong keys to access the property, driving across town to pick them up from me.

Would highly recommend Stephen and Wendy. They provided a quick, competitive, and fully written quote (with t&c etc) for the works we were looking to get done (remove an old boundary fence and build a new one; lift existing gravel and permeable membrane from borders, clear LOTS of rubbish/rubble etc from behind shed left by previous owners). They completed the agreed works to a very high standard in the time we had agreed, and tidied up etc as they went along. Moreover, Stephen and Wendy were both really friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final result.
We'll definitely get them back if/when we need more work done to the garden and will be recommending them to any friends/family etc.

S&W Property Solutions replaced our fence, which had been broken by heavy winds before Christmas. They were very responsive in our dealings with them and gave us a good price. We paid for all the materials in advance of the work being carried out. The work was carried out very quickly once started and we are very happy with the result.

Stephen and Wendy erected a new fence and gate for me recently. Really delighted with the end result, a really solid fence and gate, which is what I wanted. Stephen came round quickly to assess the work needed, offering several styles for me to pick from. Wendy quickly priced it all up and got me booked in. Work was completed just over a month of me making initial contact. Stephen and Wendy were very friendly and easy to work with, always turned up when they said they would, discussed progress with me throughout, were happy to adapt the plan as things went along and worked really hard for the 3 days that it took. Wouldn't hesitate to employ them again!

Had a bollard installed. Experience was 100% positive from the moment of contact to moment of installation. Very friendly service from both Wendy and Stephen. Stephen brought some bollards from me to choose from and the whole installation was done within 30 minutes. Very happy with the result! Would definitely recommend to others.

Reached out to Stephen for a quote on an old and ageing 45-meter fence + gate that needed completely replaced after the winds took it out. Stephen arrived promptly and provided me with a competitive quote within a couple of days.
