Stephen and his son were punctual all three days, arriving on or before the time they said they would each day. They worked hard, and gave me several progress updates as they went. Throughout the three days they explained what they were doing and why, and as a few very minor problems crept in (as such are wont to do with flat improvements), Stephen came up with solutions. They were also happy to work around my wish to keep my anxious and blind cat as undisrupted as possible!

Stephen fitted a couple of vent covers that had fallen off the outside of my flat and where there was a risk of birds making nests inside the extraction vents.
