I needed a hallway stripped of old wallpaper, water and gas pipes boxed in, and all of the walls replastered. Kris’s communication was great, confirming dates, times, completion of work, and generally keeping me informed while I was away. He even stayed touch over the weekend to work out details prior to talking on the job at short notice, and at a fair price. The team were punctual, and work was finished to a high standard. They left everything clean and tidy, and were attentive to the details of what I needed done. I would certainly recommend RK Solution Group to anyone, and would happily use them again in the future.

We wanted the complete renovation of a bedroom into a dual function room; with a water damaged ceiling and old fashioned coving hiding poor initial construction (ex council property) the work needed was extensive.
From the first meeting we felt confident that Kris & his team would work with us to achieve the results in mind. In a small property it’s daunting to have a team of tradespeople working for an extended period of time but the whole team made the process painless, everyone was friendly, pleasant and very respectful of us & our home.
Communication was excellent, working hours were always confirmed with us, everyone was punctual and everything was always left tidy at the end of each day. Kris always responded quickly to any messages and checked that we were happy with progress at each stage. The attention to detail was very apparent in all aspects of the work. There was a slight mishap during the work which was reported to us immediately and dealt with quickly and professionally.
The end result resembles a room in a new-build, beautifully constructed and finished; it will be a joy to spend time in. We will have no hesitation in returning to RK Solution Group when we are able to upgrade the next room.
