The whole team provided an excellent service arriving promptly, being polite, hard working and cleaned the areas on completion. A good experience from start to completion. Newtown Renovations installed replacement timber sash and case double glazed windows (35 in total) to our property in a conservation area. They also carried out full restoration of all the original shutters including crafting new leaves where required. The workmanship of the whole team is excellent.
Jonathon has since completed a number of other projects for us, all to the same excellent standards.

Newtown Renovations built our extension and we couldn't be happier - would happily recommend Jonathon and his team for any similar work. From the quotes we obtained Newtown was the most expensive but from the start we were impressed with Jonathon and his willingness to work with us to build to our requirements. He was always clear on the work plan and was very clear where an additional cost was required. All of the guys on site were clearly interested in high quality work. Jonathon was personally onsite most of the time and clearly has high standards. Definite value for money.

We had two large windows upgraded with sealed units and the installation of draught excluder brushes. The work involved the provision and installation of new sash units (10 in total), replacement of rotted sills and the replacement of sash cords, pulleys and other fittings..
Jonathon provided very clear explanations about the work to be done, the progress of the work and the invoice.
While the price was not the cheapest quote we had, the work was efficiently carried out and we are very happy with the overall result.

Supplied new frames and replaced single with double glazing. Excellent quality woodwork and fittings and workmanship. Every effort to make sure the customer was completely satisfied. Extra window poles provided.

Double glazing has vastly improved sound proofing and even in a gale there are no draughts.

Jonathon and his team produced new interior shutter leaves and installed them. The price was competitive and the work was of a really high standard. I would definitely recommend them for any sash and case window work or joinery work of any kind really.

The only issue is that they are very busy so you will need to be flexible with regards to when your job is completed. I think this is the price to pay for using high quality tradespeople - they are in demand.
