Popped in today for my first time to have a quote for MOT advisories. Alan was more than happy to help and very friendly. To top off a good experience, the technician and Alan not only confirmed the main advisories (rear bushes) were perfectly fine and did not need repaired or replaced (which they could have just quoted and booked me in for) but they secured my exhaust heat shield free of charge in mere minutes! Next service and MOT 100% will be booked in here. Excellent first experience and it won't be the last.

Car bushes were changed, as well as full service was done on the car.

Phoned MH autos after hearing a really loud noise from my A4. Spoke to a really friendly man called Alan who booked me in the same day and problem diagnosed quickly. Had my car in for a Mot & Full Service just last month. They phoned me before starting on the car with price for job and was told they only use original parts OE parts. Which my car is over 17 years old.

I’ve been I’m using MH Autos since they opened. Very honest, reliable and reasonably priced garage.

Just had my car in for its DSG gearbox service and also was due a timing belt change which I knew was a big/expensive job. Was pleasantly surprised the end bill came in much lower than expected.

Also last year after someone crashed into my car, they took care of all the repairs and paint work (all paid for by the insurance thankfully). Very pleased with the high standard of finish.

Took my car in for a service and really impressed with the written checklist I received from them afterwards showing what they did in great detail. I've never had that from a garage before so you can see what the eventual cost was spent on and the hours worked on it.
Will be using Malcolm / Alan & Andy again to help me keep my car on the road especially with it being a lease car and I don't own it yet.

Discovery 3 HSE
1) after suffering damage from a car reversing into my parked car, had MH repair the damage both bodywork and lighting. Good verbal assessment, high quality finish, prompt work of good value.
2) pneumatic suspension failure. One source suggested possible 2K cost.
MH diagnosed a burst pipe and offered a repair option. In the process diagnosed a second pipe suffering chafe and repaired same, preventing premature failure. Transparent on the issues and labour costs.
Car returned the same day fully repaired at a very reasonable cost.
Quality service and repairs, transparent assessment, and excellent value for money.
Will continue to use them.
