The guys came to inspect the water damage and the roof. They were very professional and fixed everything timely. Highly recommend!

Excellent problem solving to track down the source of a leak and repair masonry. Good communication at all stages of the work, always reliable and pleasant. The follow up to check all was well a few weeks later was appreciated.

Just a small repair to a waste pipe, but required external access at third floor level. Appreciated not needing to get scaffolding and instead the work was done by abseiling! Prompt service and replies to contact.

This is the third time we have used HiSolution for small-medium repairs to out roof and again, the service was excellent from start to finish. They came when they said, the quote was comprehensive with very helpful photos that I could share with my neighbours (who share the roof). The work was done quickly and thoroughly - again with lots of photos to show and prompt communication. We'll be using them again.

We asked HiSOLUTION to attend to investigate overflowing gutters and number of other issues to the roof and stonework on our traditional Edinburgh tenement. After attending, Artur provided a summary report of the issues (including photographs) and a quote for the repairs, to which repairs to the pointing, roof, gutter and tiles were agreed. The work was carried out in an afternoon a few weeks after the initial visit, and a follow up report containing photos of the repairs was also provided. Furthermore, a month after the work, HiSOLUTION checked in with us to confirm we were still satisfied with the repairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use HiSOLUTION again, and I highly recommend them, particularly if you are engaging in communal repairs to a traditional tenement. With thanks to Artur, Marta and the rest of the team for an exceptional level of service.

Tenement chimney repairs - haunching, coping and render works along with repointing and cupola repair works.
The works were carried out to high standard. Communication by all members of the team on start date, progress and completion was clear, professional and friendly.
Additional minor items, noticed during the course of the works were carried out at no additional cost. Invoice was backed up by images of works during construction and upon completion.
Upon completion the roof was cleaned, debris and existing superfluous items removed

Hi-Solutions replaced the brackets on my downpipes and replaced a length of guttering. They also replaced two roof tiles. I was very happy with the work they carried out and the cost was very reasonable. It makes such a change for a company to respond and complete a job so quickly. For this reason I would certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our cast iron downpipe needed replacing - tricky work in a building split into flats in a Conservation Area crescent, with no access except through the building. We got excellent service from HiSolution. They arrived on the dot of the time we expected, did the work and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. No complaints and we didn't need to pay for any scaffolding.
