From gutter cleaning to slate work, from downpipe painting to leak investigation and tracing, we use rope access techniques combined with solid roofing and building skills to provide a comprehensive range of roofing services - no scaffolding required.

We had our tenement roof repaired by HiSolutions. They were excellent from the start, responding to our request for a quote the same day. They arranged a roof inspection later the same week and provided a comprehensive report that included detailed photographs of the work required. Once a date was arranged for the work to go ahead, they arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the repair as planned. A further report was provided with the final invoice. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.

Prompt & polite communication throughout - the the best I've experienced with a roofing company. This the 3rd time we have used Hi Solution for minor annual maintenance to our tenement roof. I hope to use them again. They attended promptly and did all that was asked - without having the delay and expense and collateral damage of scaffolding. Every time they have been safe, efficient, professional and friendly.

The initial estimate was detailed, picked up points we hadn't thought of, and prompt. The team had to come up through my top flat to access the roof; they wore protective footwear, were thoughtful and polite. The work was done on schedule; thorough, with good attention to detail (e.g. exactly right colour for pipes), and careful of the surroundings - they were careful with my newly replanted rockery, for example. The administration was efficient and cheerful, answering questions readily and promptly.

We have used HiSolution for several years now for small jobs on our shared roof. This time, it was a bigger job - replacing an area of flat roof at the back of the property. Not needing scaffolding means that they are good value for money and the service is excellent. They come quickly, do a thorough survey with photos, turn up when they say they will, are polite and respectful (eg always wear overshoes walking through the house), get the job down to a high standard, then send a detailed report with photos of the work done. As the person who has to liaise with 3 other owners to arrange repairs, this all makes my life much easier. Thanks again!

Needed to have gutters cleared and repaired , slates replaced and rendering done .
From first contact to HiSolution everyone has been very helpful, polite, punctual and professional.
The quote included photographs of work needing done . Scaffolding costs were avoided due to HiSolutions rope access.
Cannot speak highly enough of the two men that appeared punctually on day of work to be done and worked throughout the day in very wet and cold conditions. They never complained, were respectful of property , tidied up ,and cleared all rubbish following work .
Would recommend 100% and we will definitely be approaching HiSolutions in the future .

Very impressed! Excellent service throughout from Marta in the office, Kris who did the survey and was so polite and helpful (he even attended a 2nd time to reassure us) to Slawek and Karol who did the work. They went over and above and explained everything throughout. The job was completed and we are more than satisfied. Very conscientious and hardworking with excellent results.

HiSolutions have done two separate roof reapirs for our tenement. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and professional. They provide lots of details of the work to be done and an equally detailed report showing what they have done.
They turn up on time, do their job and make sure everything is in order before they go. I find they inspire confidence both in terms of assessing the work and in executing it.
