Chris Cummings and his team have worked here on several occasions. They are always professional, courteous, helpful and responsive.

I particularly like that appointments are allocated in 2-hour slots. Best of all, the fact that there is real transparency on charging (at a reasonable fixed standard hourly rate), is a very positive, reassuring approach.

Work involved a complete bathroom refurbishment. Chris provided a realistic quote for the refurbishment and Craig provided an excellent fitting and customer care service. We appreciated Craig's advice and expertise and nothing was too much trouble. Craig started the job on time, was always punctual, and completed the job when he said he would. Chris has done several plumbing jobs for me over a few years. He is always prompt, reliable, very reasonable, courteous and a very genuine person to deal with. The most recent job he completed was a full bathroom refit in a small flat. This entailed a bit more work than originally planned but his suggestions were always appropriate and the work was finished on time, on budget and to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss.
