This was the first time we'd used Colmark's services. We'd pessimistically expected that our ancient, noisy and unreliable toilet system would involve a major upgrade, but Colin just fixed it quickly and efficiently, without any humming and hawing or sucking of teeth.
Colin was very punctual and pleasant and we'd definitely use Colmark again.

Colin has carried out a service on my gas fire, repaired a cistern fault and replaced a toilet seat. All work was completed to a high standard, in good time and in a friendly manner. I shall be happy to use him for future work and can confidently recommend his services.

Fixed my radiator the day after phoning up. Not only did Colin fix the leak, he also went into detail to explain what he done and how the components work which I appreciated. Made no mess but was prepared by bringing along items for cleaning just in case - another plus. Would recommend.

Hot water tap wouldn’t turn off so called and asked for someone to take a look. Within a few hours Colin arrived and fixed the issue super quickly. Fab service will definitely use again.

Colin Smith was recommended by a friend and he was spot on! He came out within a day of contacting him to supply and fit a broken ballcock and attic water tank lever. He was on time, communicative, friendly and efficient.
He did not make my eyes water with price either - good stuff!

Colin arrived within the specified slot and immediately identified the problem with our leaky tap. A new mixer tap was required which he obtained and fitted for us. Whilst he was there we asked him to help us with a small leak in our radiator and to sort a problem with our shower head which he fixed on the spot.
The cost was very reasonable for the work he carried out and the time he was there. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend to others.

New boiler installed......just completed so hope everything continues as per installation. We found Colin to be very reliable and a very good worker. He arrived early in the morning as promised , he did what he said he would and was very tidy in his work. I do not often recommend tradespeople but Colin is the exception.

Colin has serviced my gas boiler for a number of years. Appointments are made in advance to suit my schedule. He always arrives on time and with a friendly smile. Colin works efficiently and quickly, with a minimum of fuss. He is meticulous in checking the safety and effectiveness of the boiler itself but also of the flue and meter.
I have every intention of using Colmark again and readily recommend the firm for its professionalism and reliability.
