Another excellent job from Colin. This time he fixed leaking radiators and replaced the kitchen tap. I always use Colin for my annual boiler service. He comes when he says he will, does a great job and leaves everything neat and tidy. Excellent service.

We had a number of jobs, including sorting some non-standard radiators, fixing the low pressure on an outside tap, and installing a new sink. Colin did a masterful job with the sink, which involved rearanging the pipework below and extending the gap in the worktop and probably took a lot more time than he had expected. All the tasks were completed to a high standard, and we are delighted with Colin's work. We will definitely use Colmark again if we need any plumbing work done.

We needed to involve Scottish Water as well and Colin explained how to do this.

My kitchen tap was leaking for months. Colmark visited the next day after I called them and replace the tap. I wanted the new tap to be a specific length, not too tall and he had a correct tap with him. I think it was quite tricky to replace the tap. Very happy with work.

We had a radiator leak on a Friday afternoon, but many people we rang weren't able, or willing, to come out until the following week. Colin was great. He came very quickly, sorted us out (which was trickier than we had thought), great to deal with. 100% recommended.

Waking up to find that our gas boiler had broken down on a freezing night is not a pleasant experience. I checked trustedtrader and contacted Colmark Plumbing and Heating at 8.33am, Colin told me he had another job first thing but would be out asap. True to his word Colin arrived just after 10am. The boiler required a spare part, but Colin managed to get the boiler working again with a temporary repair. He returned on Tuesday at the prearranged time to install the part and also do a full service on the boiler. We were delighted with the prompt and courteous service from Colmark plumbing & heating and have asked Colin to add us to his schedule for ongoing regular maintenance of the boiler.

We had problems with our cold water flow and need some work on our water tank. Colin has been recommended to my by several friends and I would highly recommend him. For a start, his quote was £100 cheaper than another quote. He did not know about the other quote btw. He is professional, efficient, comes when he says he will and is a clear communicator.
