John McBeath, who I initially consulted with to arrange the door and window fitting, was extremely helpful and non-salesman-like, ie not pushy or relentless in his approach. He took into consideration our wants as customers. The fitters were friendly, timely and did a good job installing the door and windows with no issues. I would recommend Celsius Windows to other people getting doors and/or windows fitted.

Very friendly and helpful. Had a small misunderstanding with order and they bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Reliable, turned up when they said they would and the fitters were friendly, neat and tidy. Can't ask for more.

I had used Celsius Windows before. They were quick and easy to get in touch with and in a short time responded with a visit and a quote taking my wishes and concerns into account. The waiting time until fitting was reasonable and a glitch quickly sorted out. Quality and finish are excellent.

First class service from start to finish. Staff very informative re products and very friendly. The two tradesmen who fitted the windows were very courteous, respectful and friendly. Absolutely no mess or damage to wall paper, tiles or plaster. An excellent job. Delighted with the windows and doors and would highly recommend this company (already have to friends and neighbours).

Got windows replaced. Very good initial visit by the manager. Got time to do work and it was started bang on time. All done in 3 days. Good workmen (2) - knew their work and explained what they were doing. Needed some snagging work done afterwards. Guys arrived next day to fix. Very happy.

Very happy with the response from the first enquiry. Tradesmen came on dates and times arranged. Door delivered and fitted within the time arranged. Men were efficient, friendly, well mannered and cleaned up after themselves.
