Blair from Celcius Plumbing and Heating fixed our broken boiler. During his initial visit he identified the fault and talked us through the repair options. He returned to replace the fan unit when the replacement part had been delivered. He was friendly and professional, repairing the fault quickly with minimal disruption.

I chose Celsius following the Trusted Trader reviews and the replacement of a shower pump has been fine. They responded promptly to provide a quote by WhatApp and on the day the plumber came at the start of the 4 hour slot allocated. So while the (straightforward) plumbing was perfectly satisfactory there were aspects of the customer service which I was rather less happy about, and seemed disappointing from a Trusted Trader ie:
- it is difficult to assess value for money because Celsius refused to give a breakdown between cost of the part and the labour of fitting and there seemed to be unwillingness that I should know their labour charge.
- they insisted that the entire cost including VAT was paid in advance before fixing a date to undertake the work. My offer to pay a deposit was declined and payment was required on the basis of an informal WhatsApp message without a customer or job number, or numbered VAT invoice with recorded tax point. A VAT receipt was produced some time later, after prompting.

We used Celsius plumbing to repair an old lead mains pipe. The job was quoted from photos and the job booked in.
Blair & Mark arrived as scheduled. They explained and discussed the job throughout as required. Completed the job with no issues, and tidied up after themselves.
They were polite and friendly.
The communication from the company right from the start has been brilliant.

New flush system and check to boiler and six radiators to trouble shoot why they were not working. Turns out I need three new thermostatic valves. Aaron did an excellent job, even showing me how to check the pressure in my boiler and explained fully each of the radiators issues (or not). Hopefully get them back to do the repairs once it is costed up. Cleaned up afterwards too.

There was a leak of water coming from somewhere. BLAIR from Celsius came and found it was the washing machine hose connection which he tightened up. What a lovely, friendly guy. I wish it was him who came here every time I needed Celsius. Nothing was too much bother.

The guys did a good job as usual, and are always polite and a pleasure to have in the house.
One minor bit of feedback. We noticed tonight that there was no hot water. I had a look at the boiler and noticed the power had been left turned off. That meant when I turned it back on again the pressure was at zero and needed to be manually adjusted. It would have been good to know this in advance, as I thought everything was good to go, but just some minor feedback.

After having our boiler serviced we needed new controls and Connor replaced these with new Hive controls. He contacted me that morning to confirm time, let me know he was on his way and was polite and tidy whilst fitting and testing the new control. He talked me through using it and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be using Celsius again in the future.

We had a broken valve on our heating system. I messaged Celsius in the evening, by lunch time the next day, it was fixed. Blair was excellent. Let us know when we were the next job, was punctual, tidy, answered all my (likely silly) questions and most importantly got the job done. Highly recommend.

Everyone from the business at the front desk, to the plumber who came out to fix things were bang on. Turn up when they promise, fix the thing properly, and everyone’s happy.

Had an issue with our toilet cistern constantly filling up. Called Celsius plumbing and heating at around 9 am and literally the same day by 1pm they sent a plumber over to fix the issue. Very satisfied with that response time and quick turnover on the work.
However, communication could have been a bit better. I mentioned when speaking to the receptionist in the morning that I will be in the office in the afternoon and would require atleast a 20 minutes heads up before they arrive. This wasn’t done, as in the end I caught the teams van arriving literally as I was leaving to go to the office. They got the job done quick enough so it wasn’t that big of an issue. But the matter of the fact is we got lucky with timing as I could have already left and would have to had come back straight away if I didn’t see them. The tradesman who came did apologise for not giving me a call beforehand, so I will give him that.

I had a wochester combi boiler installed by cellcius a year ago and this was my first annual boiler check done today. I pay very little a month to ensure my boiler is working safely. They inform me when my annual boiler check is due....which is great.
Conner visited today and he was very pleasant. He texted me the time he will be here and then again when he was on his way. He checked everything which gives me peace of mind.
Happy with this company and I certainly would recommend for anyone wishing a boiler installation.....

Really good got my radiator fitted fast. Booking in for a quote was easy then it was sent out to approve fill a form in. Person arrived soon and let me paint behind the wall before re attaching new radiator. Will 100% use again as I renovate my house and replace radiators in time.

Needed an service with a quick turn around with most competitors unavailable for 2-3 weeks. Celsius had a relative easy, self service booking system that was paid, arranged, and delivered within 4 hours. AMAZING!

New home. Horrendous, deafening, high pitched squealing sound from water pipes in my cupboard which could be heard by all neighbours throughout building.
Phoned Celsius and spoke to Monique who was brilliant. She did explain that most of the plumbers were on their way home, but I think you realised how frantic I was, and, came back and said Sebastian was just leaving and would drop in on his way home.
Sebastian (a lovely decent guy) came and had no hesitation climbing into the filthy loft space and within minutes, SILENCE.
He later explained with photographs the problem, and what he had done, and to top it all said there was no charge.
A massive thank you to you both, compassion and kindness is so very rare these days, I’m so grateful.

We had a fixed price toilet repair. The online booking service was good but I did find the “robot” test a bit annoying, but that is my problem! The plumber was efficient, polite and calm in the face of some unexpected issues. After completing the job he tidied the bathroom and removed all rubbish. So far so good - no leak!

We've recently had issues with the heating system. It was quite tricky one so took a bit of time and nerves for Jamie and the team to get it fixed. Problem with our boiler which took 3 visits to resolve but I’ve given 4 and 5 stars because they did fix it and gave us a refund when it became clear when one part they’d fitted didn’t resolve the problem. Communication with the company and engineer was excellent and they always turn up on time.

Celsius plumbing has excellent communication regarding booking appointments and sending out reminders and the booking systems is easy to use.
Connor came out to do my annual boiler service. In the days leading up to the service, I received a message with a call window and then I received another message on the morning of the service with a more exact time of arrival. Connor was punctual and professional. The job was done in 30 minutes and the area he used was left clean.

New hot water tank delivered and installed on an unvented system. I had two engineers - Aaron and Jamie - both were outstanding and worked tirelessly. Jamie finished the work and persevered when there was an air lock in the system. He would not leave until everything was working perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Celsius for this type of work and I am thinking of moving my regular maintenance company to Celsius.

The time scale to repair the leak was over 9 days and 4 visits. Had to chase up when the plumber would be returning to complete job and found that they had not read the plumber's report on two occasions and were unaware of the situation. The attitude of the staff we dealt with was not good, also demanding money for time taken to rectify an error and threatening to bring in a debt recovery team.
All in all would not recommend this Company.

Connor provided an excellent boiler service — he cleaned the filter and bled the radiators. We had been having ongoing issues with hot water in our attic bathroom; the water would only stay warm instead of getting properly hot. I had 9 radiators replaced. Celsius were informative and helpful. I was in constant communication with them. Their engineers were very friendly, skilled and experienced.
