The engineer was very polite to my wife, did his best to move furniture and put it all back. Even lifting floor board’s. Love the service call backs to reschedule, I received a call before I could phone to reschedule, and now the work is done and I’m very happy. The best is a small one off fee and that’s that. My 92 year old mum-in-law's loo needed repairing and Sebastian could not have been more helpful, efficient and polite. Within a couple of hours Aiden called to say he was en route, then called again within the hour to say the job was done.

Engineer called to service our boiler. He phoned in advance telling us of his arrival time.
He arrived exactly at the time we had arranged.
On arrival he put on full PPE before entering the house and carried out the service.
He cleaned up thoroughly before leaving spraying all areas he had been with disinfectant spray.

Boiler service undertaken. We've used Celsius before and will continue to do so. Friendly knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. They come when they say they will and communications generally are very good. Even kept cool when their engineer found a wasps nest the size of a melon!

I had a bathroom basin that needed to be repaired and was stupid enough to leave it to the last minute before my tenants moved in. Aidan had visited and fixed the leak, but advised the tap and waste, and basin itself needed replacing. I ordered these separately, and was able to get Andrew to come to install them the day before my tenant moved in.
Aidan and Andrew both did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the finish as well as his professionalism. We are very grateful to Andrew as he was able to leave the basin in such great looking condition, and it's perfectly ready for our new tenants to arrive.

Celsius Plumbing carried out the Gas safety inspection in the flat I am renting just after lockdown was lifted. Replaced the fan in my Vaillant boiler. Came day one and diagnosed problem came back next day with new fan and fixed it. Total cost about £400 for both visits and fan. I thought that was excellent service and reasonable price given the cost of a new fan. I felt confident enough to go out the second day while Aiden was working on the fan. Very trustworthy, left no mess, Covid aware behaviour. Highly recommend.

He fixed the flow of water which although the tap had been turned of was still running. Sebastian our first point of of call said to find the stopcock and turn the water off which we did.
We had no water supply for about 3 hours then Mark came he was very polite and kept us informed of what he needed to do.

Celsius came out twice, once as an emergency to stop a running toilet, then to replace the flush mechanism on the toilet. They were excellent, they had a very efficient booking system and a brilliant app that let's you track the engineer on their way to you. Both Mark and Andrew, the engineers, were professional, courteous and did an excellent job... in full PPE, and with social distancing. Also excellent customer service from Sebastian on the phone, I will use them again.

Called them to fix a faulty toilet. Excellent customer service from the first phone call arranging a visit for the following day and being open and transparent about the payment in advance. The plumber who came out was very professional and he worked fast. Overall I was very happy with the service. However, the hourly rate was more expensive than other plumbers I've used. I would definitely use them again for a leak or emergency job.

Michael helped me figure out how to change my boiler from ECO to pre-heat as I have had it that way since our last service, thought it would save us more money and forgot what they said to change it back, luckily we didn't need to get an engineer out for an issue as simple as pressing in the ECO button! As I had shown him my boiler, he also pointed out that my boiler pressure was at 0 and showed me how to top it back up again. Ailie was also very helpful over the phone as well and passed me over to Michael. Highly recommend this company!

I have used Celsius a couple of times. One for boiler service and a radiator repair and this time for a toilet cistern fault.
Both times the engineers have been awesome and the job carried out professionally and competently.
The engineer for this recent job was great, rang me before arriving and was right on time. He was friendly, Explained what he was doing and just got on with the job. Quality of work was great and He tidied up the bathroom after he had completed work. Thanks a million!

The company has been brilliant when we 1st called them out they came as fast and soon as possible. They explained everything in detail what was wrong and got back to us with a price then within few days they came and done the job. The engineer was great he wore Ppe and went through everything with us. They are great company not over priced will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Celsius plumbing were excellent from first contact to last. Mark arrived on our initial call out to troubleshoot our issue. Then Michael arrived a few days later to fix and service our boiler. Both times we were kept well informed and updated of when to expect them. Also given the current circumstances, all PPE and social distancing practises were precise and clearly explained. Office staff were very helpful, with invoicing and payment made easy.

He was pleasant, friendly and certainly the very best plumber I have ever had. This was a boiler service for the boiler installed by Celsius three years ago.
The firm contacted me with a reminder, booked the service and confirmed this by email. They also gave a time frame and said the engineer, Keith would call ahead when on his way.All this was very reassuring.

I used the free virtual help service that Celsius has set up to help customers during the COVID 19 situation. It was to fix a small leak with our washing machine u bend.
Mark was brilliant on a video call talking me through how to fix the problem and he was extremely helpful with his advice.
Sebastian was great at setting it all up and I was really impressed he called me afterwards to make sure everything went OK.

I had a leak in my boiler repaired. The work was done promptly and the repair was fine (so far). However, what people need to be aware of when contracting this company is that they charge 90 pounds even if they are unable to do the repair work when they visit. This is what happened to me. They then quoted me for the full cost of the repair. So effectively you pay 90 pounds to get a quote. That sum does not come off the repair bill. Some people, including the Trusted Trader representative that I communicated with after submitting a complaint, seem to think that is fine. I don't, although I do understand their frustration when people get a quote for work from them and then proceed to contract someone else. They say that this is fair recompense for the time the sometimes spend diagnosing the problem. Maybe, but in my business I spend far more time preparing bids and quotes and sometimes I don't get the contract. As far as I'm concerned that's a normal part of doing business.

The toilet at my elderly parents' home ceased to work. I called Celsius and an engineer (Mark) was on site around an hour later. He had protective clothes and kept a safe distance (due to the present Coronavirus). He diagnosed, fixed & tested a faulty syphon. All payment was taken over the phone and was very reasonable.

We had two obsolete radiators changed over and replaced with two new radiators, another radiator was relocated and replaced. Also had a new kitchen tap replaced. From making contact with the office to book in a visit with one of their engineers, everything was straight forward. The communication was excellent, engineers arrived on time and was courteous and we received the quote for the works in a few days, on agreement the work was booked in and carried out promptly, everything was super easy and straight forward. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again and again. Thanks!

Celsius look after my rental portfolio for safety certification and emergency reactive maintenance, have tried several plumbers over the years, since finding Celsius a few years back, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you get them to your property, keep their number.

Annual boiler service. Very straightforward to arrange with an email reminder. When the confirmation didn't work properly, the office phoned to check rather than just assuming I didn't want it. On the day of the service the engineer phoned 20 mins before he arrived to say he was on his way. Service was carried out efficiently with minimum fuss. Very happy with the experience.

I was kept up to date on when my engineer would arrive within the hour which meant I didn't have to waste a morning sitting waiting. Aiden the engineer was great keeping me updated throughout. I'd highly recommend using Celsius, I've used them previously and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My house was build by cowboy builders, for the first job the team from Celsius managed to replace the wrong gas pipes in a tricky area and connected my new cooker. The second was replacing and moving places of old radiators with new ones. Both times they were fast and tidy and the quote I got was spot on. A very happy customer.

We had a new boiler installed by Celsius some time ago, unfortunately we failed to keep up the yearly maintenance contract, so when the boiler did eventually develop a fault we called Celsius. They waved away the fact that we had not maintained the boiler in a timely manner, they order the part and had it replaced within a couple of days!! And when they billed us for the work, they did not punish us for not rigidly sticking to the maintenance terms....

Would highly recommend Michael and his team. They arrived when they said they would, I even got an Uber style tracking map to view the engineer arriving to my house! As a health and safety officer, I was pleased to see the engineer carry out a pre-works risk assessment on his tablet before starting work. The job report was also great with the work done to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used Celsius a few times now, for a replacement boiler, insulation and servicing. I’d highly recommend this business - the staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Even at short notice they’ll do their best to accommodate. Particularly commendable for the work they do with the elderly at cold times of the year. Pricing is highly competitive and work is always thorough - no return visits like with other tradesmen I’ve used before.

I really cannot recommend Celsius enough - the second I had a problem, I was able to book them in, get a date and track the engineer to my door. So impressed! What other company in Edinburgh allows you to do that? When the engineer turned up, he was so helpful and took the time to not only look at my problem but also give me some advice about a couple of other things I asked about. I'm so happy with the service, the quote I was given, and the exceptionally competitive price. On the day, the engineer left my house super tidy, and the job looked neat and clean, leaving me feeling confident about having guests over. Great work, guys!

Have used Celcius Plumbing for many years for boiler repair and maintenance. On occasions when the boiler cut out, Celcius have always been quick to respond. We recently had a new boiler installed. Sadly the incorrect boiler was installed but this was promptly rectified by Celcius plumbing. The new boiler has proved reliable and has been maintenance free. Celcius plumbing always turn up when they say they will and I usually receive a phone call to say they are on their way.
