The condensate in our boiler had frozen on Saturday and we were without heating and hot water.
I called Celsius Plumbing early afternoonand was able to speak to the on-call plumber.
He arrived later the same day and fixed the problem for us.
We were very happy with the service overall and would not hesitate to use Celsius again.

The diverter valve on the boiler needed to be replaced. Friendly and very prompt service. Was kept up to date at each stage. Pandemic guidelines adhered to such as distancing, mask wearing and wiping down surfaces afterwards. Very happy with my experience, and would recommend them.

Needed to have my boiler checked as the pressure was dropping and overheating regularly. Initial spoke to a very helpful guy who booked an engineer for the next morning. The engineer called before his arrival to advise me when he would be. He knew exactly what he was doing, was happy to answer my questions and was very polite. Never used this company before but wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future and recommend to others. Really good when you find a company that you can trust.

I required to use Celsius in an emergency situation, Keith undertook two visits, initially to temporarily repair my boiler and subsequently to replace the fan unit. On both occasions he arrived timeously having kept in contact to advise of any delays. He observed strict Covid procedures at all times whilst in the house and ensured that he tidied up after him. I was very pleased with the overall service provided particularly the regular communication and updates sent by email/text and the simple payment process.
I would certainly use Celsius again should I be in a similar situation.

We called Celsius Plumbing based on the good reviews and I am very happy with the quality of the job done and their costumer service which I thought it was great. Friendly, quick response and reasonably priced.
The job was to disconnect an old cold water tank and rework the pipes so I could floor the loft. This was done within a couple of hours and the engineer did a very good job at lowering the pipework so I could floor that section of the loft. Everything was kept very tidy during and after the job was completed and they even sent a engineer report with images and details of what was done. I would definitely recommend to others.

This week it was the annual boiler and unvented cylinder service. Easy to book, the engineer turned up exactly on time, wore his mask properly, got straight down to work, asked the right questions, and left us feeling assured that everything had been checked.
We knew it would be fine as this was a new installation by Celsius 2 years ago which transformed the heating of the house (and reduced the bills considerably). Even so we recognise that regular servicing is vital - and we will be getting the team at Celsius to do it.

I needed a small fix done fairly quickly. Celsius were able to schedule the work promptly. Andrew arrived on schedule and was extremely courteous and helpful. The job was very quick in the end, which meant Andrew had time to look at another non-urgent plumbing problem in the bathroom, which he also resolved quickly. An excellent service overall.

I was particularly impressed as I phoned the company who are very local to my daughters flat and they came and had a quick look to see if it was a just a matter of topping the boiler up. It was, and no charge. Neither I nor my daughter knew we needed to do this.
I then booked a service of gas fire and boiler which Aiden carried out very efficiently.

My boiler was faulty, turning on but not heating the radiators or water. Celsius gave me a slot the same day I phoned and Aiden came. He was fantastic! He managed to solve the problem, it needed a replacement of a sensor. He did the job quickly, he answered all of my questions and explained everything really clearly. Aiden was brilliant, he was so friendly and so helpful. Any questions I had regarding any other issues ie my shower, the thermostat he looked at everything properly to help sort any issue I had. Really happy with the service. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

After reading great things about this company I decided to use Celsius for my annual servicing. I have been a British Gas customer for over 20 years and thought I was receiving good service until I tried Celsius.
Like many of there other reviews, this is a very well ran organisation. From the chap in the office I spoke to, and the technician arriving, I was amazed how a small local business can outclass a giant in the industry. Cannot recommended Celsius highly enough.

Refreshingly seem less process from the minute I logged the issue regards my boiler, I received a callback within 15mins and an engineer on-site within 2 hours.
The property is lived in by my elderly father-in-law, the call handler explained this would be a priority given his age, System back up and working same day, with further remedial works to follow. A quote received almost instantly which we approved then a date to return and carry out the works. These guys really are a great company.

I have an Airbnb property. The boiler had broken down in the evening, and I needed it fixed before the next morning as I had a booking. I called Celcius, and Michael came out within two hours. He observed all a COVID precautions, which is a big thing for most people these days. More importantly though, he was very professional, friendly and conscientious. Problem fixed with minimum fuss. I would highly recommend Celsius, and would certainly use them again if required.

Our heating broke down on cold November evening. I called Celsius 24hour breakdown and an engineer arrived within an hour. Michael was extremely courteous and quickly got the heating sorted.I also was reassured by the Covid safety rules he followed. Requested supply and fit of new bathroom sink. The pricing, quotation and booking of the appointment was very professionally handled but the Celsius staff. The plumber (Andrew) was diligent, proficient, tidy, and well mannered, even though the job was more complicated and took longer than anticipated. Our shower had a massive leak which left us with no mains water. After contacting Celsius we were sent clear pricing policy which meant we knew exactly how much we would pay. The engineer told us what time he would be there and kept us up to date by phone.
The engineer, Aiden, arrived promptly and observed Covid restrictions to the letter. He soon identified the fault and gave us options on how to proceed and, most importantly, got our water back on.
The engineer was excellent. He was very professional, respected our home and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Cannot recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Very prompt and efficient service with highly knowledgeable and skilled workers from the sales team to the plumbers. Had a faulty wash basin tap, which required replacing. Standard of work was excellent and was nice to deal with proper tradesmen with honesty and integrity. Refund for additional parts ordered but not required offered and processed immediately after installation. Quality of work absolutely excellent. Will definitely use this company again for any future work I may require.

The engineer was very polite to my wife, did his best to move furniture and put it all back. Even lifting floor board’s. Love the service call backs to reschedule, I received a call before I could phone to reschedule, and now the work is done and I’m very happy. The best is a small one off fee and that’s that. Engineer called to service our boiler. He phoned in advance telling us of his arrival time.
He arrived exactly at the time we had arranged.
On arrival he put on full PPE before entering the house and carried out the service.

I had a bathroom basin that needed to be repaired and was stupid enough to leave it to the last minute before my tenants moved in. Aidan had visited and fixed the leak, but advised the tap and waste, and basin itself needed replacing. I ordered these separately, and was able to get Andrew to come to install them the day before my tenant moved in.
Aidan and Andrew both did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the finish as well as his professionalism. We are very grateful to Andrew as he was able to leave the basin in such great looking condition, and it's perfectly ready for our new tenants to arrive.

Celsius Plumbing carried out the Gas safety inspection in the flat I am renting just after lockdown was lifted. Replaced the fan in my Vaillant boiler. Came day one and diagnosed problem came back next day with new fan and fixed it. Total cost about £400 for both visits and fan. I thought that was excellent service and reasonable price given the cost of a new fan. I felt confident enough to go out the second day while Aiden was working on the fan. Very trustworthy, left no mess, Covid aware behaviour. Highly recommend.

He fixed the flow of water which although the tap had been turned of was still running. Sebastian our first point of of call said to find the stopcock and turn the water off which we did.

Celsius came out twice, once as an emergency to stop a running toilet, then to replace the flush mechanism on the toilet. They were excellent, they had a very efficient booking system and a brilliant app that let's you track the engineer on their way to you. Both Mark and Andrew, the engineers, were professional, courteous and did an excellent job... in full PPE, and with social distancing. Also excellent customer service from Sebastian on the phone, I will use them again.

Called them to fix a faulty toilet. Excellent customer service from the first phone call arranging a visit for the following day and being open and transparent about the payment in advance. The plumber who came out was very professional and he worked fast. Overall I was very happy with the service. However, the hourly rate was more expensive than other plumbers I've used. I would definitely use them again for a leak or emergency job.

Michael helped me figure out how to change my boiler from ECO to pre-heat as I have had it that way since our last service, thought it would save us more money and forgot what they said to change it back, luckily we didn't need to get an engineer out for an issue as simple as pressing in the ECO button! As I had shown him my boiler, he also pointed out that my boiler pressure was at 0 and showed me how to top it back up again. Ailie was also very helpful over the phone as well and passed me over to Michael. Highly recommend this company!

Both times the engineers have been awesome and the job carried out professionally and competently.

Celsius plumbing were excellent from first contact to last. Mark arrived on our initial call out to troubleshoot our issue. Then Michael arrived a few days later to fix and service our boiler. Both times we were kept well informed and updated of when to expect them. Also given the current circumstances, all PPE and social distancing practises were precise and clearly explained. I used the free virtual help service that Celsius has set up to help customers during the COVID 19 situation. It was to fix a small leak with our washing machine u bend.
Mark was brilliant on a video call talking me through how to fix the problem and he was extremely helpful with his advice.

I had a leak in my boiler repaired. The work was done promptly and the repair was fine (so far). However, what people need to be aware of when contracting this company is that they charge 90 pounds even if they are unable to do the repair work when they visit. This is what happened to me. They then quoted me for the full cost of the repair. So effectively you pay 90 pounds to get a quote. That sum does not come off the repair bill. Some people, including the Trusted Trader representative that I communicated with after submitting a complaint, seem to think that is fine. I don't, although I do understand their frustration when people get a quote for work from them and then proceed to contract someone else. They say that this is fair recompense for the time the sometimes spend diagnosing the problem. Maybe, but in my business I spend far more time preparing bids and quotes and sometimes I don't get the contract. As far as I'm concerned that's a normal part of doing business.

The toilet at my elderly parents' home ceased to work. I called Celsius and an engineer (Mark) was on site around an hour later. He had protective clothes and kept a safe distance (due to the present Coronavirus). He diagnosed, fixed & tested a faulty syphon. All payment was taken over the phone and was very reasonable.

We had two obsolete radiators changed over and replaced with two new radiators, another radiator was relocated and replaced. Also had a new kitchen tap replaced. From making contact with the office to book in a visit with one of their engineers, everything was straight forward. The communication was excellent, engineers arrived on time and was courteous and we received the quote for the works in a few days, on agreement the work was booked in and carried out promptly, everything was super easy and straight forward. Annual boiler service. Very straightforward to arrange with an email reminder. When the confirmation didn't work properly, the office phoned to check rather than just assuming I didn't want it. On the day of the service the engineer phoned 20 mins before he arrived to say he was on his way. Service was carried out efficiently with minimum fuss. Very happy with the experience.

Hot water not working. Engineer came when they said and did the job required efficiently and left no mess. Job completed for the quoted price.

I was kept up to date on when my engineer would arrive within the hour which meant I didn't have to waste a morning sitting waiting. Aiden the engineer was great keeping me updated throughout. I'd highly recommend using Celsius, I've used them previously and wouldn't go anywhere else.
