We had been looking for sometime to change the way we get our hot water, it was done using an aga but didn’t feel that was cost effective. We tried a few places but nobody was that helpful until Celsius was recommended to me. From moment I got in touch the service was exceptional, every question we had was answered and we decided to get work done, changing hot water from our aga to getting it through our boiler.

Andrew the Engineer that did the job was a very nice and friendly and got the job done to an exceptional standard. There was quite a bit of work required but he got it done no problems at all. Since changing our water from AGA cooker to boiler we have been checking every week on our smart meter and are using a lot less gas which is great to see and exactly what the advice we got from Celsius was.

Could not ask for a better all round service, we will 100% use Celsius again in the future and highly recommend them.

Celsius Plumbers replaced our old boiler with a new one. The process was a little less straightforward than we all expected because of some issues related to the size of the cupboard where the boiler was located, location of the existing hole in the wall, etc. With some joint brainstorming (us and the plumber) a solution was found and then Celsius Plumbers took care of the rest. All is well that ends well!

Boiler service - engineer was on time and completed service quickly and efficiently.

The first time Celsius came to check the boiler, the service was fine, polite, punctual etc.
The second time, a younger and perhaps less experienced person came and did an okay job but as you can see on the photo, the work was not done to a good standard (it's not horizontal) and the person only added some sealing after I asked whether it was meant to be open so that water could potentially flow behind the wall. It was strange. They were very polite but just seemed to not have much experience. The rest of the job was totally fine (fitting a tap in the kitchen). Still fine after a year.
The third time, for the boiler check. Now, the first time the technician didn't come. I waited during the time agreed and they simply did not come. This can happen I suppose and I wasn't that bothered. But then, when the person came today (subcontracted and absolutely professional work), they had been given the wrong telephone number so couldn't reach me, and been given the wrong job specifications.
I spoke to another friend who also said that they had been happier with Celsius in the past.

The man was very nice and helpful. Made sure all our boilers and heaters were working.

We had an issue with our boiler. Another contractor took weeks to come see it, then never came back with the parts to fix it. We switched to Celsius and they had the problem solved in a couple of days. Richard was super nice, responsible and did the job efficiently and well. I can totally recommend them!

A gas engineer did our annual boiler check, he did his job really well. He was efficient, didn't mind me asking questions and even repeating some of it when my partner came home at the end of his check. I appreciate how clean, tidy and polite the whole visit was.

We also had some other work done in the house, the plumber was also kind, efficient, didn't mind the barrage of questions, and did his work really well. We had a toilet and two wash basins fixed, as well as some other issues check out.

Lastly, the office is amazing. Being able to discuss everything beforehand, getting clear answers and clear quote made this whole experience really good.

Aiden was amazing carrying out the boiler service. Made all the relevant checks and explained he had charged the expansion vessel as it needed done. His apprentice Craig was very friendly and helpful.

After trying lots of different plumbers who couldn’t fit me in I phoned Celsius who were very helpful, professional and speedy. They got us up and running really quickly and the person was really helpful.

Boiler replacement and pipe repair. V good service - however took longer than I had expected to get a date for replacement and was left with no hot water for two weeks (poss due to Easter weekend).

Engineers are very pleasant to deal with.

Fast response time, good communication, the plumber was very nice and showed me what the issue was and what he'd done to resolve it.

Shower became cold after three minutes for 45 seconds, then cold again in another three minutes. Initially diagnosed as shower valve/cartridge which was replaced. However issue recurred. Changing Mode of combo from Eco to Preheat also did not work. Plumbers came again and checked, noticing removing shower head caused no occurrence of cold water issue. A pressure limiter washer was the issue. Once removed the pressure coming through was enough for boiler not to increase its temperature and then cut out causing cold periods. Although replacing cartridge was unnecessary I feel that the final fix of the problem was worth it.

Radiator replacement. Engineer arrived at booked time, calling ahead half an hour before arrival. Work done, and old radiator removed, with no problem.
Covid rules were followed. Engineer even swept up after finishing work.

Had an issue with one of the immersion rods, called Celsius due to the excellent reviews, glad I did. Sean was assigned to the job, could not fault the work or professionalism, would highly recommend.

Sean did an annual service of my boiler and fixed a problem with my tank which a previous company were u able to fix - would recommend Celsius.
Updated prior to arrival too

Called out to do a really tricky trace and repair: a tiny (2mbar) pressure drop on an old property with a bunch of disused old pipelines confusing the issue. Aidan was an absolute hero, first eliminating the potential easy fixes then crawling around under the floor to track down the problem. He ended up identifying and cutting off the leaky pipe within a couple of hours. Friendly, professional and explained what was happening at each stage.

We chose to use Celsius as they are local and their reviews are good. However we will not use them again. Don’t get caught out. They charge £90 (in fact they tried to charge us £150 for out of hours even though they came during the day) just for them to confirm the heating and hot water wasn’t working. They misdiagnosed the issue and I was convinced they hadn’t taken the time to look properly. They just said it must be the fan as it was noisy. After speaking to Celsius who refused to discuss their quote or re-examine the issue we got a two other opinions. Both confirmed the error code shown would never mean an issue with the fan but was the circuit board. If we’d gone with them we’d have paid almost £500 and would still have had an issue. Will never use them again and would recommend against them as they do not do they job and charge a lot of money.

Engineer communication excellent - pre arrival notification and another when arriving was of high value. Identified issue quickly and configured well within estimated time. All in all an excellent service.

GSC and LRA have been done. The engineer is friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with our boiler which we needed checked out. We got in touch with Celsius after the earliest our current provider of gas and central heating could offer us an appointment was three weeks! Celsius were able to send an engineer within 24hrs.

I was needing to install a new boiler. Celsius is professional and efficient (and friendly) from start to finish (obtaining quotes and installation). Mike and Bruce are superb at the job (and have a great sense of humour) and are able to answer all the questions that I had. You feel they are a team that you can 100 % trust. Hopefully I won't be needing another new boiler for the next while but would definitely recommend this company to anyone and happy to have Celsius to do any future work for my flat.

Just a boiler service this time but Celsius fitted my boiler previously…professional and super helpful as always.

Had same problems shortly after Celsius carried out boiler repair. Issue was clearly not fixed. Had no heating or hot water (at a particularly cold time) and was told it would be a week before they could come again. To try getting someone else. Paid again for a different company who fixed it properly.

Absolutely star plumbing engineer who did over and above what was required. Incredibly helpful - we were really impressed!

The boiler had broken down late Friday afternoon. I phoned Celsius and spoke with Monique who did her best over the phone to try to get it working again. By this time it was too late to get an engineer so we had an out of hours appointment booked for the following day. Despite me constantly changing my mind about the timing of the engineer appointment she remained very patient and obliging.
Aiden (the engineer) changed his schedule to accommodate an important visit that we had, explained everything about what he was doing and was also very helpful.
My overriding impression was that I was dealing with an organisation that was very professional and had my best interests at heart. Well done Celsius.

I had 3 visits from Celsius (1st for initial quote, 2nd to remove radiator and 3rd to install larger radiator after room had been painted. Each visit was quick, thorough and professional.

Customer services is the best and communication is excellent. Engineers were polite, friendly, efficient and wore masks.

I was really happy that they made great effort to safeguard the (still drying) paintwork on the skirting board. It all looks great and more importantly is working well. Told me to phone if there were any issues and they would come back.

Combi boiler broke down. Had no heating or hot water. Telephone receptionist warm helpful professional. Trusted straight away when she suggested I try something first before calling out. Clear. Got engineer same day, who fixed it quickly and efficiently. Professional, friendly and helpful. Had appointment for evening (same price) but got message later offering an earlier cancelled appointment. Great.

Just a boiler servicing, but great service from booking the appointment to getting the work done. This was my first time using Celsius, but I will use them again.

Fitted the new kitchen taps, renewed faulty drains, sorted the pipe work to and from the dishwasher and washing machine plus fixed leaks. A job well done, it looks like a professional job now and not a spaghetti mess!

I had 2 radiators installed. Very pleasant plumbers, worked away till they were satisfied with the job. I needed the job done quickly and Celsius did this for me. I found this firm myself as the plumber who originally started the job did not answer my calls or texts do I had to find someone else to fo it.

Boiler service to fulfil warranty obligations. I have no way of quantifying the work carried out as I have no technical expertise; I can only trust that what is said was done, and to an acceptable standard.
It would be good to have a 'don't know' option in your ratings-scale.
Celsius have always been polite and professional in all their business, which is why I would be likely to recommend them. The engineers are always punctual, courteous, and helpful with their explanations.
However, I find the price of an annual boiler check extremely high. I bought my boiler from Celsius, which was a significant financial outlay. Over the ten years of warrantee services I will have paid nearly £900 extra. This seems like a large additional cost.

We have needed a plumber for ages to replace a tap and fix a toilet eco-flush, but it is hard to get someone for a small job. Celsius were excellent from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and accessible office staff. Efficient and knowledgeable plumbers. The repairs weren’t complicated, but they were quick, did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they quoted. A really positive experience and very highly recommended.
