Have used Celcius over a number of years and yesterday had a burst watermains at our commercial garage ! This was dealt with promptly by their excellent plumber Bruce who has done work for us in the past ! Excellent Service as usual and they are not overly expensive but provide trusted tradesmen who know what they are doing ! Good Work Celcius

Placing the call was extremely straightforward and the heating engineer that attended was so attentive and made us feel at ease talking us through the fault and assuring us that what we had experienced could be sorted on the day.

Michael found the condensate pipe was frozen because of the low temperature and managed to bypass it and get the boiler working.

‘New Boiler’. Hectic to have a boiler needed for this time of year to deal with just before Christmas. The gas engineers who attended where just terrific who worked under Mike. These guys I could not fault them or say enough praise… took everything into hand for me special as mentioned when calling to check my boiler few days before breaking up for their 2 week tradesman's Christmas break, everything was done within 24hrs my boiler was replaced I have as mentioned excellent service specially with boilers breaking down all over the city of Edinburgh with the worst freezing weather in 40 yrs these guys were full out back to back helping everyone out around the city.

Thanks to Mike and his team I have my heating fully up and running again.

Unblocking of valve on a radiator that had not been used for a while.

Boiler came up with an error today meaning no heating or hot water in minus 5 degrees temperatures!!!! A quick search gave a few suggestions of what it could be but not being boiler savvy, I called Celsius who asked about the issue and the error code and suggested it was likely a frozen condensate pipe so try a simple DIY hack to fix it myself before they sent someone out at a cost and it worked. So a solution found with no hard sell or capitalising on an opportunity to make a quick buck and just their ever consistently great service and advice from Celsius and why they’re the first number I call when needed. Excellent

Excellent service from admin team. Quick and easy to talk to them via email. Payment options were great, done it online. Gas engineer arrived within my preferred time slot, very professional and did the job without disturbing me as I work from home. Highly recommend.

Alterations to CH radiators. Good guys who turned up on time, communicated well, explained what they were doing, provided commentary on other aspects of the system, reset and rebalanced the CH system on completion of work and cleared up after they finished.

Not the first time I've asked Celsius to perform a task, on this occasion fitting a replacement mains supply stop valve, and being pleased with the application, attention to detail and perseverance to get the job done to good standard

Tap repaired in kitchen

Emergency call out due to leaking toilet prior to new flooring being fitted. Not a big job, but peace of mind and sorted within about an hour of making the appointment. Both plumber and phone operator very friendly and will certainly use again for future plumbing work.

However, I have had a number of jobs completed over the previous 2 years: boiler fault; under floor heating pipe fault, requiring problem solving and extensive work; bathroom heater installation; balcony drainage system. Always presentable, courteous staff , professional, conscientious work at good rates and a good system for quotes and work dates. And I like that they bring through apprentices. We had been looking for sometime to change the way we get our hot water, it was done using an aga but didn’t feel that was cost effective. We tried a few places but nobody was that helpful until Celsius was recommended to me. From moment I got in touch the service was exceptional, every question we had was answered and we decided to get work done, changing hot water from our aga to getting it through our boiler.

Andrew the Engineer that did the job was a very nice and friendly and got the job done to an exceptional standard. There was quite a bit of work required but he got it done no problems at all. Since changing our water from AGA cooker to boiler we have been checking every week on our smart meter and are using a lot less gas which is great to see and exactly what the advice we got from Celsius was.

Could not ask for a better all round service, we will 100% use Celsius again in the future and highly recommend them.

Celsius Plumbers replaced our old boiler with a new one. The process was a little less straightforward than we all expected because of some issues related to the size of the cupboard where the boiler was located, location of the existing hole in the wall, etc. With some joint brainstorming (us and the plumber) a solution was found and then Celsius Plumbers took care of the rest. All is well that ends well!

Boiler service - engineer was on time and completed service quickly and efficiently.

The first time Celsius came to check the boiler, the service was fine, polite, punctual etc.
The second time, a younger and perhaps less experienced person came and did an okay job but as you can see on the photo, the work was not done to a good standard (it's not horizontal) and the person only added some sealing after I asked whether it was meant to be open so that water could potentially flow behind the wall. It was strange. They were very polite but just seemed to not have much experience. The rest of the job was totally fine (fitting a tap in the kitchen). Still fine after a year.
The third time, for the boiler check. Now, the first time the technician didn't come. I waited during the time agreed and they simply did not come. This can happen I suppose and I wasn't that bothered. But then, when the person came today (subcontracted and absolutely professional work), they had been given the wrong telephone number so couldn't reach me, and been given the wrong job specifications.
I spoke to another friend who also said that they had been happier with Celsius in the past.

The man was very nice and helpful. Made sure all our boilers and heaters were working.

We had an issue with our boiler. Another contractor took weeks to come see it, then never came back with the parts to fix it. We switched to Celsius and they had the problem solved in a couple of days. Richard was super nice, responsible and did the job efficiently and well. I can totally recommend them!

A gas engineer did our annual boiler check, he did his job really well. He was efficient, didn't mind me asking questions and even repeating some of it when my partner came home at the end of his check. I appreciate how clean, tidy and polite the whole visit was.

We also had some other work done in the house, the plumber was also kind, efficient, didn't mind the barrage of questions, and did his work really well. We had a toilet and two wash basins fixed, as well as some other issues check out.

Lastly, the office is amazing. Being able to discuss everything beforehand, getting clear answers and clear quote made this whole experience really good.

Aiden was amazing carrying out the boiler service. Made all the relevant checks and explained he had charged the expansion vessel as it needed done. His apprentice Craig was very friendly and helpful.

After trying lots of different plumbers who couldn’t fit me in I phoned Celsius who were very helpful, professional and speedy. They got us up and running really quickly and the person was really helpful.

Boiler replacement and pipe repair. V good service - however took longer than I had expected to get a date for replacement and was left with no hot water for two weeks (poss due to Easter weekend).

Engineers are very pleasant to deal with.

Fast response time, good communication, the plumber was very nice and showed me what the issue was and what he'd done to resolve it.

Shower became cold after three minutes for 45 seconds, then cold again in another three minutes. Initially diagnosed as shower valve/cartridge which was replaced. However issue recurred. Changing Mode of combo from Eco to Preheat also did not work. Plumbers came again and checked, noticing removing shower head caused no occurrence of cold water issue. A pressure limiter washer was the issue. Once removed the pressure coming through was enough for boiler not to increase its temperature and then cut out causing cold periods. Although replacing cartridge was unnecessary I feel that the final fix of the problem was worth it.
