The plumbers are always very well mannered and they do the work to a very high standard. Any issues encountered they bring up with you, advise, and ask what you wish to do. On top of that they're very good a tidying up after themselves. I'm very happy with their service.

This has been a long-standing problem which initially was challenging to solve.
The engineers worked tirelessly to discover reasons for the pressure problem.
They were , without exception, pleasant, explained what they were doing and happy to answer any questions. They always contacted me prior to arrival.
I would also like to mention a helpful and accomodation female receptionist who promptly dealt with my many phone calls to the office.

Celsius first completed a Trace and Access, then repaired a water ingress to the property below which had been very difficult to trace. They agreed to work alongside another company for the reinstatement of the flooring and were very professional throughout. Work was to a high standard and communications always swift and accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to use Celsius again.

Blair demonstrated high level of professionalism and amazing attitude. He assessed the situation and did the necessary repairs with confidence and it was clear that both him and Michael (the senior engineer) know what they're doing.
I couldn't be happier with the service from Celsius altogether, and it should be noted that my issue came up on a bank holiday; nevertheless their response was swift and everything is now restored.

Annual Boiler Service
Twice now my boiler has had its annual service with this company and both times I unfortunately got the same engineer.
On both occasions nothing was documented for ongoing work.
Called both times and nothing was done. He assured me he would document it this time.
I gave them a 2nd chance but there won’t be a third. Very disappointed with their customer service and servicing of my 2 year old boiler.

We had a leak in our kitchen wastepipe inside the outside wall which was causing a.problem in the flat below us. The work when it was done was excellent. My only complaint would be the length of time between the original job assessment and getting the work done, 8 days, during which we were unable to use our kitchen water supply and our washing machine.

Really pleased with the service I received from Celsius Plumbing. Received a confirmation email to confirm the date and time of visit. Engineer phoned half an hour before he arrived. Richard, the engineer, took the time to explain what he had done, and the work he recommended to have my boiler fixed. Fantastic service - very competent engineers. My boiler stopped working but now parts have been replaced and boiler serviced not only is boiler working but much more efficient - my home is warmer.
I was a little put off my having to pay up front but I understand its probably sadly a sign of the times.

Had a few hiccups with clerical mainly, lack of calls to let me know if plumber would still be attending as scheduled, not showing up and no apologies from office, the plumbers themselves do a good job, this is the second time we’ve used them, Stephan and Jamie very cheery and got the job done

We had a blockage under the kitchen sink and as a result could not use the sink, washing machine or dishwasher. Our engineer fixed the problem and before leaving tested the washing machine and dishwasher to ensure everything was now functioning correctly. We were very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Celsius as a company to do business with.

Excellent experience with celsius! Had a new boiler fitted, without any problems, very professional from start to finish, the engineer Mark was extremely helpful and answered all questions. Boiler packed in during mid December, with kids in the house this isn’t good. The engineer that Celsius sent never had the part to fix this, but went straight out and bought one so we could get out heating back on..

As it was coming up to the weekend I thought I would not hear from

Sincere thanks to all the team at Celsius, we had the unexpected burst pipe on Sunday afternoon. Placing the call was extremely straightforward and the heating engineer that attended was so attentive and made us feel at ease talking us through the fault and assuring us that what we had experienced could be sorted on the day.

‘New Boiler’. Hectic to have a boiler needed for this time of year to deal with just before Christmas. The gas engineers who attended where just terrific who worked under Mike. These guys I could not fault them or say enough praise… took everything into hand for me special as mentioned when calling to check my boiler few days before breaking up for their 2 week tradesman's Christmas break, everything was done within 24hrs my boiler was replaced I have as mentioned excellent service specially with boilers breaking down all over the city of Edinburgh with the worst freezing weather in 40 yrs these guys were full out back to back helping everyone out around the city.
Thanks to Mike and his team I have my heating fully up and running again.

Boiler came up with an error today meaning no heating or hot water in minus 5 degrees temperatures!!!! A quick search gave a few suggestions of what it could be but not being boiler savvy, I called Celsius who asked about the issue and the error code and suggested it was likely a frozen condensate pipe so try a simple DIY hack to fix it myself before they sent someone out at a cost and it worked. So a solution found with no hard sell or capitalising on an opportunity to make a quick buck and just their ever consistently great service and advice from Celsius and why they’re the first number I call when needed. Excellent

I’ve used Celsius twice now for the annual service of my combi boiler - the engineer checks water and radiator heating is working and monitors for any unusual emissions.

Emergency call out due to leaking toilet prior to new flooring being fitted. Not a big job, but peace of mind and sorted within about an hour of making the appointment. Both plumber and phone operator very friendly and will certainly use again for future plumbing work.

Outside tap installation. However, I have had a number of jobs completed over the previous 2 years: boiler fault; under floor heating pipe fault, requiring problem solving and extensive work; bathroom heater installation; balcony drainage system. Always presentable, courteous staff , professional, conscientious work at good rates and a good system for quotes and work dates. And I like that they bring through apprentices. Trusted and recommended.

We had been looking for sometime to change the way we get our hot water, it was done using an aga but didn’t feel that was cost effective. We tried a few places but nobody was that helpful until Celsius was recommended to me. From moment I got in touch the service was exceptional, every question we had was answered and we decided to get work done, changing hot water from our aga to getting it through our boiler.
Andrew the Engineer that did the job was a very nice and friendly and got the job done to an exceptional standard. There was quite a bit of work required but he got it done no problems at all. Since changing our water from AGA cooker to boiler we have been checking every week on our smart meter and are using a lot less gas which is great to see and exactly what the advice we got from Celsius was.
Could not ask for a better all round service, we will 100% use Celsius again in the future and highly recommend them.

Celsius Plumbers replaced our old boiler with a new one. The process was a little less straightforward than we all expected because of some issues related to the size of the cupboard where the boiler was located, location of the existing hole in the wall, etc. With some joint brainstorming (us and the plumber) a solution was found and then Celsius Plumbers took care of the rest. All is well that ends well!

The first time Celsius came to check the boiler, the service was fine, polite, punctual etc.
The second time, a younger and perhaps less experienced person came and did an okay job but as you can see on the photo, the work was not done to a good standard (it's not horizontal) and the person only added some sealing after I asked whether it was meant to be open so that water could potentially flow behind the wall. It was strange. They were very polite but just seemed to not have much experience. The rest of the job was totally fine (fitting a tap in the kitchen). Still fine after a year.
The third time, for the boiler check. Now, the first time the technician didn't come. I waited during the time agreed and they simply did not come. This can happen I suppose and I wasn't that bothered. But then, when the person came today (subcontracted and absolutely professional work), they had been given the wrong telephone number so couldn't reach me, and been given the wrong job specifications.
I spoke to another friend who also said that they had been happier with Celsius in the past.

We had an issue with our boiler. Another contractor took weeks to come see it, then never came back with the parts to fix it. We switched to Celsius and they had the problem solved in a couple of days. Richard was super nice, responsible and did the job efficiently and well. I can totally recommend them!

A gas engineer did our annual boiler check, he did his job really well. He was efficient, didn't mind me asking questions and even repeating some of it when my partner came home at the end of his check. I appreciate how clean, tidy and polite the whole visit was.
We also had some other work done in the house, the plumber was also kind, efficient, didn't mind the barrage of questions, and did his work really well. We had a toilet and two wash basins fixed, as well as some other issues check out.
Lastly, the office is amazing. Being able to discuss everything beforehand, getting clear answers and clear quote made this whole experience really good.
