Hiya, the first visit by Celcius workmen occurred within the week of me phoning and included an estimate for the intended work. (the payment for 1 hour had to be paid before they arrived at our house, paying before work was done was something I felt a bit wary of but I had nothing to worry about). A quote was sent to us through email, payment was made online and I made an appointment for the following
week .
Our kitchen tap had been making a foghorn noise when turned on. The tap was replaced and now works fine.
Our toilet upstairs sounded as if it had water trickling into it constantly. the syphon was replaced and now it works fine.
the ensuite toilet had flooded to downstairs. the connection was replaced and now there is no leak.
The workmen were lovely and knew what they were talking about. The job was completed within the estimated time.
I would definitely use this company again :-)

We had a brand new boiler installed, Celsius were quick to getting us a slot and getting it sorted fast now the colder nights are coming in.
We were a bit apprehensive realising we wouldn’t be in for the install but Blair and Aaron were super professional and respectful in the flat without us there! I arrived near the end of the job and both guys were lovely and showed me how to use the new boiler leaving me super happy to have hot showers again!
They also left the flat clean and thoroughly checked all the functions work before heading off. Thanks so much!!

We had our old boiler replaced, after it began to require too many maintenance visits.
Celsius quoted us a number of options, from value to best quality.
Once quote confirmed, the team came in a week later at 8am promptly, installed the new system, tested it, cleaned up and talked us through using it. Gone by 3pm.

Had a real emergency on a Saturday afternoon in August 2023, nearing the end of floor repairs, I drilled through a water pipe! Managed to get a screw in to limit the flow, called one firm who said they would call back within 90 mins, but then phoned Celsius, and within 20 mins Jamie the plumber turned up. Panic stations for 20mins as we couldn't locate the stopcock, but he found a workaround, repaired the pipe and did me a proper solid. Excellent service from Celsius and from Jamie. Thank you!

I’ve had my shower mixer replaced. The engineers Blair and Aaron were fantastic, very friendly and professional they did the job quickly. There was no washers with the new mixer I bought myself so the guys got them from their van.

Very pleased. Only moved to Edinburgh on Friday (3 days ago). Found out a week ago that the 3 year old Ideal gas boiler had never been serviced by the previous owners.
Called Celcius as they are Ideal boiler specialists. They arranged an appointment for the Monday after we got the keys. First working day after completion.
On Monday Celsius arrived promptly when arranged and the service engineer was informative, friendly and helpful.

After calling for an emergency plumber to fix a boiler issue, Celsius were with us within 45 minutes. They identified the need for an electrician but were able to suggest some interim measures until we could get one. Really impressed with the service.

I have used Celsius to service my boiler over the last two years and have been very satisfied with them. When I recently discovered a leak in a radiator I therefore immediately contacted them. I was very pleased I did because their plumber (Jamie) was excellent. He was punctual, professional, efficient, friendly and tidy, and duly fixed the leak in a timely fashion.

It was a replacement valve for the washine machine feeder. The plumber we had was pleasanr and chatty, told us exactly what he was doing. He helped pop the washing machine back in its placw for me as i have a dodgy back at the moment

We had to use emergency rates for speed. Our bathroom sink was leaking through to the kitchen light whenever used. The plumber fixed it efficiently and with a professiinal manner throughout. Costly but in keeping with others, reliable and clear communication from first contact.

Celsius first completed a Trace and Access, then repaired a water ingress to the property below which had been very difficult to trace. They agreed to work alongside another company for the reinstatement of the flooring and were very professional throughout. Work was to a high standard and communications always swift and accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to use Celsius again.

Blair demonstrated high level of professionalism and amazing attitude. He assessed the situation and did the necessary repairs with confidence and it was clear that both him and Michael (the senior engineer) know what they're doing.

We had a leak in our kitchen wastepipe inside the outside wall which was causing a.problem in the flat below us. The work when it was done was excellent. My only complaint would be the length of time between the original job assessment and getting the work done, 8 days, during which we were unable to use our kitchen water supply and our washing machine.

Fantastic service - very competent engineers. My boiler stopped working but now parts have been replaced and boiler serviced not only is boiler working but much more efficient - my home is warmer.

We had a blockage under the kitchen sink and as a result could not use the sink, washing machine or dishwasher. Our engineer fixed the problem and before leaving tested the washing machine and dishwasher to ensure everything was now functioning correctly. Had the guys back from Celsius this time for some electrical work in kitchen. Extractor fan and socket moving work.

Sincere thanks to all the team at Celsius, we had the unexpected burst pipe on Sunday afternoon. ‘New Boiler’. Hectic to have a boiler needed for this time of year to deal with just before Christmas. The gas engineers who attended where just terrific who worked under Mike. These guys I could not fault them or say enough praise… took everything into hand for me special as mentioned when calling to check my boiler few days before breaking up for their 2 week tradesman's Christmas break, everything was done within 24hrs my boiler was replaced I have as mentioned excellent service specially with boilers breaking down all over the city of Edinburgh with the worst freezing weather in 40 yrs these guys were full out back to back helping everyone out around the city.
Thanks to Mike and his team I have my heating fully up and running again.

Boiler came up with an error today meaning no heating or hot water in minus 5 degrees temperatures!!!! A quick search gave a few suggestions of what it could be but not being boiler savvy, I called Celsius who asked about the issue and the error code and suggested it was likely a frozen condensate pipe so try a simple DIY hack to fix it myself before they sent someone out at a cost and it worked. So a solution found with no hard sell or capitalising on an opportunity to make a quick buck and just their ever consistently great service and advice from Celsius and why they’re the first number I call when needed. Excellent

I’ve used Celsius twice now for the annual service of my combi boiler - the engineer checks water and radiator heating is working and monitors for any unusual emissions.
