I had a blocked bath and a partially blocked sink. I was promised that the work would be carried out on the following day (after I contacted the company) between 1pm and 5pm but the engineer didn’t turn up.

I felt that the company could have done better by informing me by, say, 4.30pm that afternoon that the engineer wouldn’t be able to make it that day. That would have freed me up to resume my weekly schedule. As it transpired, I was able to attend an important meeting that evening, only by a miracle.

However, everything turned out well in the end, when another engineer sent by the company arrived at lunchtime the following day to carry out the work successfully.

Contacted Celsius via online form about a dripping tap. Form had facility to upload photos of the tap. Had a call back within 2 hours of submitting the online form, then a call to discuss options shortly followed by an email quote. Job arranged online with text to confirm times. Plumber arrived on time and job completed. A hassle free service. Delighted and would use again.

I had a combi boiler installed converting from my previous system boiler and a new tap for my bathroom.

I cannot fault this company from start to finish. Excellent communication through out (which I believe is important customer service) and Jamie who did this work was a very pleasant guy and he left my flat tidy. He explained to me how to work the boiler when he had finished. Excellent work from Jamie.

The communication from Lewis was also excellent he was very pleasant over the phone explaining anything that I was unsure about.

Overall I had no concerns or complaints about Celsius and I would certainly recommend to others.

My kitchen sink drain was completely blocked and was not allowing any water in the sink to drain away. I couldn't use my dishwasher or my washing machine because of this blockage. Also the tap was leaking constantly. Both of these faults were rectified to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had a constantly dripping kitchen tap fixed. Perfect service from initial contact, booking in when convenient for me, price, turned up when they said and got on with the job. Perfect from beginning to end. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Celsius again for plumbing repairs.

My sister who is a very vulnerable adult had an unexpected burst pipe in her kitchen and was in panic mode. Robert arrived within an hour and sorted the issue out quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t recommend the company higher.

We first had Connor who did the boiler service and diagnosed a faulty zone valve. Then we had Conan who came back and fitted the zone valve. Both guys were excellent, very polite, did the job and cleaned up after. Would have no hesitation in recommend this company and will be using them for all plumbing and heating jobs in future.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. I had an issue with a broken shower that Celsius them selves fitted a couple of years ago. I contacted them and they agreed to send a plumber out to look at it. They have a policy whereby you have to pay £110 upfront prior to them coming out to assess a job - this should have rung alarm bells at the time as not all companies have similar policies, however I agreed to pay it as have used them a couple of times in the past without any issues. The £110 covers an initial visit of up to one hour. A surly plumber turned up at my flat and spent all of five minutes looking at my shower before telling me that it needed a new part, and that he would have to order it from the shower company. I asked if this was likely to incur an extra cost and he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'dunno'. He said he was just on his way back to the office and would order the part when he got there.

I didn't hear anything for the rest of the day so phoned Celsius and spoke to someone who had a look on their system and said he could see that the part had been ordered. Didn't hear anything from them the following day. The day after that I received an email saying 'After investigation found noise coming from solenoid valve, this isn't something we would change, we would recommend this job to a shower company. Job complete.' No mention of the part having been ordered and no attempt made to discuss this with me in person.

As I was surprised and annoyed that I had paid £110 for a five minute inspection with no repair made to the shower, I phoned Celsius to make my concerns known and to see if I could be given a partial refund. Spoke to someone who said he would speak to his manager. Didn't hear anything for a further four hours so phoned again and spoke to the same person who advised that he had spoken to his manager (but hadn't bothered to contact me to make me aware of this) and no refund was possible as the £100 covers the first hour's visit and no additional work.

I've since spoken to several other tradesmen who have advised that this is a highlt irregular business practice and they would never ask for money from a customer until the job has been satisfactorily completed. I would also question the ethics of a company who are happy to take £110 from a customer to have a look at a shower that they themselves fitted, only to later say that theu don't do shower repairs. Their communication was appalling and I had to go chasing after them to get even the smallest bit of information. I feel that I have been completely ripped off by Celsius and would advise anyone who is thinking about using their services to use a different, more trustworthy company.

The work was replacing and installing a new kitchen tap. The plumbing engineer did a great job and provided advice as this was a pull out tap and we didn’t have much space under the sink.

They were kind, polite and on time. Apart from the invoice afterwards they left a receipt of the job done and overall the process to arrange the work and do the payment was really nice and smooth.

Jamie attended our property and was here all day servicing our boiler and heating system. We had our system flushed through and a filter fitted along with agitated the radiators.

Very friendly team. Replaced a boiler and relocated some pipe work/stripped out an old radiator. They discovered that there was no water shut off valve in the flat and so fitted one for me whilst there at no extra cost. Have used Celsius for 18-months for service, repair and now replacement.

The work I had done was an annual gas boiler service. This was the fourth consecutive year that I have used Celsius Plumbing and Heating to do this service. I have always found their administration and communication from arranging appointments through to issuing receipts and job reports to be spot on. Connor, who carried out the work this year, arrived on time, was diligent, quiet, and explained what had been done.

Just had a new boiler and radiators fitted with Celsius, I bought my own radiators but Ian made sure to go through them all and make sure I had everything the team would need to avoid any wasted time or having to buy something secondary.

Blair, Aaron and Connor then came around to fit, worked flat out to get the radiators and the wall and hot water working, before having to come out the next day just to triple check there were no leaks and tidy up around the flue and some holes, couldn't recommend the service enough.

Connor was friendly and easy going. He explained to me the issues and cleaned the erosion off the contact points thus fixing the fault in the short/mid term. He said he would arrange a quote for future works so I would have an idea of the cost.
He also checked out my leaky tap.

I had Blair visit the property to fit a new vertical radiator and remove an old radiator. He was a lovely guy and did a great job. He was extremely accommodating throughout the process and even allowed me to paint behind the radiator and come back when the carpet had been fitted. Connor came to look at a boiler playing up and a radiator that wouldn’t heat up that other plumbers had looked at but couldn’t fix. He fixed the boiler, and the radiator was pumping heat out before he left. We couldn’t be happier with Connor and Celsius. Booking an appointment was easy and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to our friends and family.

We had Celsius come and replace a boiler. The customer experience from beginning to end was fab. From the office being able to answer questions to throughout the installation, 100% professional and inspired confidence.

I’ll note also there were some outstanding waste pipe issues behind the boiler that they fixed free of charge.

We had our boiler serviced this morning. The heating engineer turned up on time (with helpful text confirming arrival 30 minutes in advance). He was courteous and friendly and I liked how he spoke with his apprentice as he was showing the process. They completed the service and filled in the service log and explained that I would receive a reminder in time for next year's service. Everything seems fine and I'd happily book Celsius again.

Celsius are fantastic. They installed my new combi boiler replacement and service my Ideal combi boiler every year since my combi boiler installation back in 2021. They are easy to deal with and their plumbers are always professional and friendly. They send me a service reminder every year which is really great service as it keeps my boiler in great working order and helps keep my 10 year ideal boiler parts and labour warranty in check. I will always highly recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating to my fiends and family.

I contacted Celsius because of a fault with the water pressure control switch on my boiler. My call to their office was very positive and they readily agreed that, whilst the engineer was with me anyway, he would also service the boiler and apply new sealant to a shower.
The engineer (Conan) was friendly, professional, knowledgeable with a ‘can-do’ attitude and did an excellent job. The water pressure switch actually needed replacing and Celsius were back within 3 working days to fit the new one. The engineer on the second visit (Aidan) was just as good as Conan and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left.

Had a replacement boiler installed in my rental property. Ian was easy to deal with, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions . Installation of the boiler was booked quickly and went ahead without any delays or problems. In this world where just about everything seems to come with a problem, dealing with Celsius Plumbing was refreshingly problem-free.

The team from Celsius sorted us out with a new boiler after ours broke down. Gave us a very competitive price and we were keen to use a local supplier after seeing so many positive reviews. They managed to fit us in within a few days - a week sooner than expected which was a bonus with no working heating and some very cold weather.

The team were absolutely fantastic. Ian got the quote through and stayed in touch throughout the work to make sure everything was on track. Blair and Dylan made a fantastic job of fitting the new boiler and having it up and running within just a few hours.

Only one minor hiccup in that an optional extra part hadn’t arrived but it didn’t affect the operation and Blair popped back with their apprentice Connor and quickly got it sorted.

I think the one thing that really stands out for the whole team is how knowledgable they are and that they’re willing to supply a system that works for you. They understood that we wanted a higher hot water flow rather than trying to insist what comes from an estimator is correct. They didn’t try and oversize gas and water supplies as it’s ‘policy’, instead taking the time to check what we had would be suitable. This ultimately resulted in a much more reasonable quote (over 30% less) than bigger companies and the service has been far better too!

Installation of new Combi Boiler and radiators.

After an initial delay on the start date the engineers arrived on time as arranged. No time was wasted and after two and half days of working flat out our new heating/hot water system was up and running.

We asked for a few things to be changed once work had started but the engineers listened, took it on board, and delivered the end result we wanted.

The lads were very courteous and cleaned up as they went and all the waste was removed from our property at the end of the job.

Boiler service. Pleasant and efficient operative. I have used Celsius for a number of years and bought my boiler from them 2 years ago and have had no issues.

Had a problem with high water pressure, causing a loud noise. The plumber fitted a pressure reducer valve to my main stopcock. Very pleased with the company. Very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
