From the initial consultation to the installation and the aftercare I found Celsius Plumbing friendly professional and thorough. The installation was completed in one day, and they dealt with all the registration and warranties within days. A very stress-free and pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a new boiler

Restarting boiler which had stopped working. Jamie came as quickly as he could and arrived when he said he would. He explained clearly what was needed and completed the work very efficiently. He was very helpful and made sure I understood what I need to look out for in the future. I could not ask for anything better.

I have hot water flow from my new tank which is great as it was very bad before. The new shower is great and I am extremely happy with the finished product. My new tank also appears to be saving me money in electricity. The engineers were all very pleasant when they came out too.

There were a couple of things, such as originally making a very bad job of resealing the bath, forgetting to take old products away and connecting my new water tank to the booster submersible instead of the one that heats it from the bottom. They did always send someone to come out and fix all these issues when I raised them; however, I would have not know that my new tank was not heating from the bottom if I did not have to call out an elrctrician out.

But the end product is great which is what matters, and I am happy with it.

Boiler repair was quick and efficient. Connor was friendly and helpful.

Boiler service , the service we received was off the scale , we received a quote promptly , we were then sent a schedule of work , time and date , inbetween we were sent some gentle reminders , but what was very impressive was the information about the importance of maintaining your bolier and other interesting pieces of info . On the day we were told the engineer would be here at 0800 , he arrived at 0800 , the engineer was polite , knowledgeable and informative . Highly recommended

Trustworthy and efficient. Blair was great, he explained everything and got the job done - I would recommend to anyone.

New shower fitted. The temperature was erratic and water pressure low.

We asked for an engineer to come back. They sent the same engineer. He said that there was nothing wrong with the temperature, that we were using the shower wrongly. He also said that there was nothing he could do about the water pressure.

We then asked the company to send someone else. They said no- in a text message! They said the water pressure was as good as it will be. Which didn't make sense with a like for like wattage with our previous shower of 8.5kw. No phone call reply. I couldn't speak to anyone in management. Just texts in return to my calls.

They sent an apprentice and he saw straight away that the shower had been fitted incorrectly. The shower dial was upsidedown. He fixed the problem.

The engineer not only fitted the shower incorrectly but took the instructions to the new shower away. On his return he didn't notice the problem which the apprentice noticed in two seconds.

Bad service. Bad communication. Bad management. The most frustrating part was having to get my father and husband to talk to the company after feeling very frustrated and unheard. Also it is this company's policy to pay before the work is carried out! I am now waiting on a partial refund. I have also spent two afternoons waiting in for the company to come. All in all a bad experience.

I was having issues with my Hive thermostat which was installed in May alongside a new boiler. Celsius returned my call quickly, scheduled an engineer visit quickly. Connor did a great job in getting all the Hive kit to pair and also connected to the app. Thus was not easy but Connor stuck with it, allowing me to control the central heating more efficiently.

Remedial work after a boiler service required a replacement flue. I was concerned the price was high but in the end the reliable and effective work allayed my fears. The two engineers involved were very knowledgeable and friendly. The remedial work required an extra visit as the task proved more tricky than expected and the return visit was arranged promptly and the job completed well.

Repair of leaking boiler

Had a new electric shower fittted. Celsius were easy to communicate with and provided a great service.

Just had a new combi boiler system with hive fitted as my heating and hot water was a storage tank and gravity fed from a water tank. Water was so slow.

This new system fitted will make a massive difference and I'm so grateful for the team. The engineers Blair and Aaron caused minimal disruption, they were clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble especially since they had to remove the water tank, hot water storage tank and a large cage that held the tanks. I'm on 3rd floor so that must have been tricky and exhausting for them going up and down 3 flights of stairs. Came across issue with showers but the guys including the owner Mark dealt with the problem without any fuss which I'm grateful for.

The water tank (in the attic of a block of flats) was overflowing so I called the trader who came to fix the problem within three hours.

Blair and Aaron installed a new Worcester boiler in my property. Impressed with the overall customer focus, friendless, clarity and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Celsius to friends and family. Thank you.

I had a blocked bath and a partially blocked sink. I was promised that the work would be carried out on the following day (after I contacted the company) between 1pm and 5pm but the engineer didn’t turn up.

I felt that the company could have done better by informing me by, say, 4.30pm that afternoon that the engineer wouldn’t be able to make it that day. That would have freed me up to resume my weekly schedule. As it transpired, I was able to attend an important meeting that evening, only by a miracle.

However, everything turned out well in the end, when another engineer sent by the company arrived at lunchtime the following day to carry out the work successfully.

Contacted Celsius via online form about a dripping tap. Form had facility to upload photos of the tap. Had a call back within 2 hours of submitting the online form, then a call to discuss options shortly followed by an email quote. Job arranged online with text to confirm times. Plumber arrived on time and job completed. A hassle free service. Delighted and would use again.

I had a combi boiler installed converting from my previous system boiler and a new tap for my bathroom.

I cannot fault this company from start to finish. Excellent communication through out (which I believe is important customer service) and Jamie who did this work was a very pleasant guy and he left my flat tidy. He explained to me how to work the boiler when he had finished. Excellent work from Jamie.

The communication from Lewis was also excellent he was very pleasant over the phone explaining anything that I was unsure about.
