Celsius plumbing has excellent communication regarding booking appointments and sending out reminders and the booking systems is easy to use.
Connor came out to do my annual boiler service. In the days leading up to the service, I received a message with a call window and then I received another message on the morning of the service with a more exact time of arrival. Connor was punctual and professional. The job was done in 30 minutes and the area he used was left clean.

New hot water tank delivered and installed on an unvented system. I had two engineers - Aaron and Jamie - both were outstanding and worked tirelessly. Jamie finished the work and persevered when there was an air lock in the system. He would not leave until everything was working perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Celsius for this type of work and I am thinking of moving my regular maintenance company to Celsius.

The time scale to repair the leak was over 9 days and 4 visits. Had to chase up when the plumber would be returning to complete job and found that they had not read the plumber's report on two occasions and were unaware of the situation. The attitude of the staff we dealt with was not good, also demanding money for time taken to rectify an error and threatening to bring in a debt recovery team.
All in all would not recommend this Company.

Connor provided an excellent boiler service — he cleaned the filter and bled the radiators. We had been having ongoing issues with hot water in our attic bathroom; the water would only stay warm instead of getting properly hot. Since the service, the water now stays hot throughout the entire shower. We’re very pleased with the results!

Blair & Connor showed up on time, were very professional in all their dealings with me & left with the boiler installed after I returned from work. It works great. They left full instructions on the boiler & made sure the flat was clean and tidy on my return. An excellent job all round & I wouldn't hesitate to call the same company & engineers in the future, 10 out of 10, for a great job, very well done!

We had a new boiler installed by Celsius today and we can't rate them highly enough. Ian helped to organise everything beforehand and his customer service skills are exceptional. Today Blair and Bruce turned up on time and did a fantastic job of installing the boiler. They were friendly, polite and got the job done in record time. They tidied up all the mess and ensured I knew how to work the boiler before they left. Excellent work and a great price. Highly recommend!

The whole service was so efficient. The pre installation check for our new boiler happened at a time convinent for me. The installation day was so smooth and Jamie arrived promptly at 8am and was finished by lunchtime. He took the time to explain everything to me and let the place spotless. Their prices are way more competitive too! Thanks for such a great service, I would highly recommend Celsius for your next boiler!

I recently had new gas central heating installed, including installing new pipework and radiators. The whole process from start to finish has been a really positive experience. I was kept informed every day of progress and what to expect. Blair, Bruce and Connor did an excellent job! they are clearly very skilled and experienced, and they were professional, friendly and respectful. This was a routine boiler service. First service for my new boiler. It had been dropping pressure so the team brought my appointment forward. Connor did a nice tidy job withe service and went round all the radiators checking for leaks and tightening valves. I have subsequently taken out a maintenance contract with Celcius.

They send us an appointment each year so we don’t have to remember and always turn up when they say they will. I find this a super useful service and find their pricing clear and fair.

Boiler faulty; interment on and off. Deduced problem was timer / thermostat and signal from the boiler one to wall controlled one. First replacement had a fault in the appliance. Engineer deduced this and wired it up as a ‘permanent on’, as it was Friday afternoon and no new part obtainable till Monday. Managed to squeeze me in earlier than an available slot, at last minute, to fit the new, non-faulty, appliance. Because the quote is agreed and paid up-front, there was no further charge for the extra engineer time which resulted. Polite, conscientious, efficient, with a good appointments and payment system

Boiler service - Connor texted me in advance to let me know he was coming, then arrived on time and carried out the service. This was all good but what really made this service outstanding was that when carrying out the service he noticed another issue we had, not actually connected to the boiler, and quickly fixed it without us even asking him to look at it. This is beyond the normal level of service I would expect, and was very much appreciated. As a result I would not hesitate to use Celsius again.

Recurring problem with boiler cutting out so no hot water and heating. Re-pressurised a few times but no change. Connor came to look at it was on time, messaged beforehand which was good as we have dogs. He was thorough and found the problem, explained what he had done, was very quick and tidy. Explained a part should be replaced sometime soon so we asked for a quote to be sent. Very happy (and warm) with the service provided.

Electric shower replacement. Sebastian in the customer service team was brilliant, he was so helpful and very reassuring. I was booked in promptly and so happy that they could fit my job in.
When Connor & Blair arrived to complete the job they arrived within the time window and took their time to ensure that everything was installed to my satisfaction. They took time to explain how to use the new shower and register the guarantee and even have me recommendations of who could complete another job I had in mind. I hope I don’t need to use them again and that my shower works for a long time but if I do ever need any plumbing work done Celsius would be my 1st choice. Thank you so much

Great service from start to finish. Our engineer Connor was very friendly, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Connor re-routed a gas pipe in our kitchen and carried out a tightness test afterwards to ensure there were no leaks. It was very easy to make the appointment and we were seen within 48 hours of paying the invoice. We’d definitely use Celsius again.

Rapid response and excellent service. I contacted Celsius on Sunday, and the work was done on Wednesday (old leaky radiator replaced). I could not fault the professional service we received from Aaron, and from the wider team. Communications have been efficient from start to finish. I had assessed and clarified the problem resetting etc both Hive and boiler. I described it to Celsius online in their booking system. As a medic I was interested to know what “professionalism” meant for a heating repair company. As well as the excellent (and educational) work done in the house by Connor, I got a full clear email personal explanation from the “boss” that matched the same standards as a professional medical service should do. Basically Celsius do free guidance and assessing that the problem described is recognised and appropriate for their services enough to pay in advance for the visit.
In short, Celsius has the highest professional standards before and throughout the work — prompt diagnosis, repair and follow through. The cost of trustworthy professionalism is worth it — as in the tale ending “It’s £5 for banging the pipe and £95 for knowing where to hit it”!!

We have our old gas hob replaced by a new one. I measured the size of the hob and bought a new hob with similar size. Jamie was the gas engineer to install the new one. It had to cut a little bit of the working top to fit the new hob. Jamie had to spent some time to cut the wood, which I felt it was a bit extra work than I thought. The installation was successful and I am very happy with the work done. Excellent work!

This was a warranty repair to a boiler. Service was excellent from the call handler. (Monique) to Connor the engineer. I wasn’t present for the repair but Connor left a written summary and followed this up with a text and images showing the repairs.
