Apex provided us with both emergency roof repairs (massive leak through ceiling) and then, when the weather improved, longer term measures to protect the roof properly. They did so in a timely and helpful way, and I would not hesitate to use again, or recommend.

Apex provide an excellent service and are very good at getting things done in a timely manner. I have used Aegis for number of jobs on the properties I manage and have always found James and his team to be very reliable. Would highly recommend them if you want a competitive and consistent service.

I've used Apex Roofing for 2 separate pieces of flat roof (felt on timber) repair work at the time of writing, and they have provided a very professional service from start to finish. Despite being about 3 years apart, James arrived for the inspection of the roof on the second occasion with details remembered about our hatch work from the previous occasion. A small touch that makes for a more personal experience. He also managed to make it out on a weekend both times for the inspection, which made the process so much easier for me. Would thoroughly recommend Apex to anyone looking for roof repair work to be conducted!

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of James, Albert and the rest of the team. Very reliable and efficient service. Friendly and helpful despite extra unforeseen problems with the old guttering. I have great confidence in them and will definitely use Apex again for any further roofing issues.

I don't often write reviews, however, we are so pleased with the job that APEX Roofing did I wanted to let you all know what you can expect when you hire this company. When you decide to make such a big investment you want the best quality work for the best price and though APEX weren't the cheapest quote we got, I know we absolutely made the right choice. I understand you want to get the best deal. me too. Here's the truth, you get what you pay for. APEX are competitive and not much more than the other guys.

We got quotes from a few different roofing companies and after you talk with a few people you know who you don’t want at your house. James came out and knew just what we were looking for, he saw the mistakes that were made before and told us how they would correct them. He made us feel comfortable with him, the company and his roofing knowledge.

We got top quality workmanship. The crew was on time, they were courteous, very hard working and they cleaned up at the end of each work day. They were responsive every step of the way. We have a beautiful new water tight roof and we couldn’t be more pleased. Who knew coming home to a new roof could make someone so happy!

I am very pleased to recommend Apex Roofing, quickly came out and inspected our leaking roof, and gave a competitive quote. Repair was done promptly, to a high standard. My daughter living in the property encountered an additional water leak, as soon as I called Apex, they came out and identified the source, and although was not on the original spec, repaired it same day FOC. The work carried out was rather complex and involved a number of owners. apex showed a tremendous amount of patience as they had to deal with all the owners separately as well as as a group. The work carried out was satisfactory although timescales did not always run as expected.

Very conscientious and supportive, nothing was too much trouble. As the cost of repairs was shared by a number of residents this was invaluable.

Our Homebuyers Report suggested some precautionary roof repairs and our solicitor recommended Apex. We had a quick quotation and the work was carried out when we wanted and at exactly the price quoted. We asked for some additional work to be undertaken, an immediate quote was given and the work undertaken at the same time.

I had this organisation to attend to a leak I was experiencing; this was during the Easter weekend when I had family due to visit, therefore I explained my urgency to have the remedial work carried out ASAP. As such they renewed a section of the roof the same day and I have experienced no further issues. I didn't seek costs from other contractors as the price I was charged seemed reasonable given the work required. Would be happy to use them again.

I got this company in to put a new roof on an extension I had built and they also carried out new sandstone cill and lintel replacements through a division of their firm. Overall, very happy with the contract and found both the management and tradespeople on site to be very helpful, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
