I had a new heating system installed as well as loft insulation and fans fitted.
From the moment workers arrived at my home they were very professional, helpful and friendly.
They met with some challenges when installing the heating and insulating the loft, due to size and location of same, however they never complained and had to call on other colleagues to help with these challenges, again they were very helpful.
After heating system was installed, the person took time to explain all the controls to me and answered any questions I had with no hesitation.
Once all the work was completed, all debris was removed from all rooms and tidied up.
I was very satisfied with the workmanship, helpfulness and friendliness off all workers involved, I would not hesitate to use this company again for any work required.

I've recently just had work carried out by Retrofit, via G1 Eco Consultancy and the ECO4 scheme. Through the scheme I received a new boiler with 7 year warranty, new loft insulation, vents fitted to windows, TRV valves upgraded on radiators, extractor fan fitted in bathroom along with new energy saving bulbs fitted and downlight covers so light fittings were fire safe.

The whole team were absolutely spot on, Billie & Morgan in the office were always on the ball with returning any calls and answering any questions. There was an issue with wiring up the boiler due to how previous boiler was set up but this was no fault of the team, and was all sorted promptly. The guys were thorough in explaining everything and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't fault the service at all.

Retrofit helped me to get a new boiler installed through North Lanarkshire Grant Scheme. I was struggling to get the relevant information they required and Billie Waite gave me all her time and assistance to acquire this information. Their surveyor to the heat engineers installing the boiler were all excellent tradespeople and carried out a first class service.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently, the work done was a new combi boiler, removing all old pipes and water tanks. Installing new gas pipes and upgrading water supply.
The contractor were clean and tidy and efficient.

Boiler re-fit, loft insulation, window vents and extractor fan were fitted recently and the team did an excellent job. Friendly, efficient and tidy! Would use again and recommend.

Within 11 days of contacting the Retrofit Group about ECO4 funding to replace an old Combi-boiler, I had a FREE "A"rated boiler fitted. All communications were excellent and any questions I had were answered promptly. The heating company contracted by The Retrofit Group, also did a wonderful job.
All in all, I have been delighted from my very first call to this company and delighted with all the help and information provided by Morgan and Billie. 10/10

Absolutely first class service from this company! Excellent Communication from the office team & installation date was so quick. I had loft insulation fitted which was done so neat & quickly. Then a bigger job getting a new boiler installed which turned out to be an even bigger job for the engineer. He was excellent so professional, hard working, tidy & never stopped until the work was completed. All the work was finished to a very high standard. And all the rubbish including my old boiler was taken away. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again
