David recently did my boiler's annual check. He arrived promptly, wearing face mask and gloves. He reassured me straight away about the safety precautions he would take while he was in my house - keeping a 2 metre distance at all times and wiping down every surface where he was working. He explained the work he was doing and expertly answered my queries. He did a thorough job and I am impressed with David's professionalism and reassuring manner. I would recommend David McQueen to all my family and friends.

We required a service for our boiler and, as or previous heating engineer is no longer available,we had to take a chance. Contacted David MacQueen and his response was prompt and excellent.
It's evident David is thorough, knowledgeable and takes a great pride in his work. He is also very frank with regard to issues which may be require to be addressed at a later date.
Price was reasonable and we would have no hesitation about using him again. Indeed, we will contact him when the next service is due or if there are any unforeseen problems in the meantime.

We asked McQueen Heating to replace most of the radiators in our new house. David and Sean did a fab job from start to finish, arrived promptly, covered all flooring and completed & checked the work with precision and care. We would not hesitate to ask David & Sean to help us again and will also recommend to friends & family, no question.

We had a new boiler fitted by David and Sean last week. They did an excellent job with the installation and explained everything as they went along. The work was completed as quoted with no problems at all. All rubbish was taken away and the house tidied up after the job was complete. Both were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a Vogue Max 32 boiler installed by McQueen Heating on Wednesday 27th May 2020. I'm pleased to say that this company were a very good choice. Very professional & clearly know their trade. David & Sean did an excellent job with the installation - as did the electrician they brought in to help with a specific requirement we had (we'd asked to ensure we continue to have a mains socket available in our cupboard after the boiler install). David & Sean were very good throughout the process, clearly explained everything they were doing and worked tidily as well (including use of PPE and floor coverings - we had no mess at all to clean up after the job was complete). They even installed some additional pipework for us - for no additional charge - after identifying an issue with some of our existing pipes. We're very pleased with the results (it's nice to have reliable hot water again). Happy to recommend this company.

McQueen Heating are very reliable they do excellent work they fitted my gas heating last year and we have never had a problem the owner David came out and did my boiler check I will use them again and can Recommend them to everyone they work hard and are so helpful

Replace part in boiler for hot Water
Quick reliable service . Emailed Monday night gas fitter arrived Tuesday lunchtime needed new part by Wednesday lunchtime I had hot water . All surfaces he touched were wiped down and social distancing was kept would definitely use McQueen heating again

Amazing service from David and his team. I contacted David late on a Sunday evening to ask for advice as my boiler was leaking. David responded immediately and arranged for Sean to attend my property at 8am the next morning. Sean was able to quickly fix the leak and advise of the next steps which recommended a new boiler. Due to having some issues with my boiler previously and recognising it was due to be replaced I decided to follow up with McQueen heating who provided me with different options for a new boiler. David and his team came out the following Saturday and fitted my boiler in a short space of around 7 hours. The service provided by David and his team was excellent - of a high standard and all members of his team were professional and polite. There was no mess left and there has been no issues with the boiler. Would definitely recommended McQueen heating and will be using again in the future. I have added photos of my previous boiler and the new boiler David’s team installed.

Was looking for local heating engineer initially to restore our Living room radiator which had fallen off the wall. Our usual National company found to be useless. Chose McQueen Heating largely because of their Trusted Trader status with E.R.C. Day after my call David arrived to assess the situation , immediately obtained help from Sean who was nearby and within an hour the radiator was up and running !
I enquired re the replacement of our ageing boiler ,was given a range of options and chose an Atag i28C Combi which was installed a couple of days later.
Can't speak highly enough of the work ethic of these guys. Also I was kept in touch all the way with what was happening. They came at the agreed times
and worked diligently until the job was completed. Charges invoiced as agreed verbally. Honesty and empathy with customers would seem to be the company's motto.

Very happy with our new boiler and Nest thermostat. Work carried out within a week of contacting David who was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending McQueen Heating to anyone and will definitely be getting him back to fit our new radiators when we decide to do them.

Couple of large old radiators replaced with new. David turned up and finished the job on time. Very neat and tidy work with all old material removed. Heat output much better so I consider the cost good value for money.
