Glennifer Joinery Services offered a fantastic service all the way through from troubleshooting a leak that caused extensive damage, to dealing with the insurance, to carrying out the actual re-fit.

Chris is super approachable, friendly and easy-to-deal with as well as a fantastic joiner! Chris brought together many trades: gas engineers, tilers, plasterers and plumbers to get the job completed on time and in budget.

He project managed and worked on replacing damaged flooring and fitting a new kitchen and bathroom.

We’ve used Gleniffer Joinery services recently for two separate jobs and we’re delighted with both the quality service and the end results.

The first was refitting a cloakroom toilet which involved lowering the ceiling, installing wet wall, new sanitary ware and flooring. The second was a bath to shower conversion in the main bathroom which involved the installation of a double width shower tray and screen, shower hardware, wet wall and flooring. The quote included removal of waste from the site which saved us a lot of hassle.

Chris responded quickly to our initial queries by arranging visits to view the jobs, discussing options leading to competitive and professional quotes being produced. Once scheduled he coordinated the tradespeople required to complete the jobs using quality tradespeople he had used before resulting in the jobs being completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Chris initially gave a detailed plan of action and fairly priced quote for my garage conversion. He was then able to complete the work quickly to a a very high standard. He was always friendly throughout and done a great job of talking through each step and communicating any changes with me. I had floors fitted with laminate to the highest standard workmanship was perfect,i also had a roof put on my porch outside my kitchen with pvc ceiling plyboard insulation and rubber sealed roof all round,Chris also done a some other small bits and pieces for me nothing was to much bother for him,he was reliable and friendly,he also cleaned up after him taking all rubbish away,i will be using him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to get joinery work done,

I've had numerous joiners price, measure and make promises of dates. It's taken me a year to get one to follow through. Chris and apprentice Aiden gave me dates within 4 weeks of initial visit. They came when they said and didn't stop until the job was finnished. They restored my faith in tradesmen.
I had lots of bitsy jobs like facings, skirtings, laminating stairs/upper hallway. They also built a custom made balustrade and handrail for my stairs with understair storage, cat and dog house. They installed custom built-in units and shelves in my livingroom. To see my vision that I've had in my head for over a year come to life was amazing. Their work was to a high standard (I'm picky) and they had no problems changing small bits I hadn't envisaged correctly.
The price was in line with previous pricing. What I liked the most was Chris listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to achieve it for me. I wanted the shelves, worktops and balustrade to blend. He worked around pricing to achieve this by using the same wood (oak), which I didnt think I could afford. I can't thank them enough. I would have no problems recommending Gleniffer Joinery Services.

I was looking around for trades people to install a new kitchen in my property. Gleniffer Joinery Services came out to see the job and provided a next-day quote for the work which I thought was very reasonable in comparison to other contractors I had contacted. Chris then organised all the additional contractors (plumbers & electricians) to be at the property when required during the work. This meant that the work which was forecast to take 5 working days was in fact finished in 4. The final result is one I am so happy with!

Chris sourced and installed appropriately 7 internal timber and glass doors and a new front entrance door and side glazed panel
All products were excellent quality and installed to highest standard
